[BF Comms] Battlefield Labs Rewards now live!

With this week's update, you are now able to obtain Battlefield Labs rewards for your participation in the Battlefield Labs program and collaborating on features currently in development. To receive the rewards, you will have to accumulate 4 hours of in-match game time during closed Battlefield Labs sessions. This is accumulative and can take place over multiple sessions. If you have linked your EA account correctly, the rewards will show in your profile in-game.

As part of the ongoing evolution of Battlefield Labs, this will be an ongoing reward, so if you have not received yours, future sessions will continue to build towards those 4 hours.

If you wish to obtain these rewards and partake in in-development play sessions, you can sign up here: https://www.ea.com/games/battlefield/battlefield-labs

If you have particpated and not received the rewards you may not have met the four hours requirement. In that case you can go to https://www.ea.com/playtesting to look for upcoming Battlefield Labs events.

    Thank you for the detailed information. However, there is no mention of a lab opening. It hasn't even been updated.

    To whom it may concern 

    I’ve been a member of EA since 20212 n im playing bf6 now and I’ve been having issues with the server lately, every time I’m in a middle of the game it kicks me out to my Home Screen or sometimes it turns my Xbox off completely and it’s been going for sometime now please help  me with this issue thanks

    Dear EA Support Team,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I am writing to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a missing bonus badge in Battlefield 6. Despite participating multiple times in the BF Labs tests on my PS5 and spending several hours in gameplay, I have not received the associated bonus reward.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and verify my participation. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

    Player stats not updating  and lost   painful     no help  whatsoever   maybe some one will  help

    We are left for dead boys all the titles have done the same thing. Ive already had Microsoft refund me my season passes and content purchased. Even offered to return said stack to ea games for there enjoyment. 1 agent gave me the address but I didn't write it down. The next 2 agents lied about the address. The 4th agent was awfully helpful and supplied the address. Dont bother with customer support you are wasting your time as they will send you here. Nobody at ea reads these forums. If they did read them there would be a reply to everyone's comments. Have a look i did not a single comment from ea or devs. All we get is a post boasting of the fixes. But honestly did it fix anything. I haven't played it for 3 days now as it was a waste of time. Couldn't squad up with mates if you were lucky to get the whole squad in you would get the same map as last game played. Either ea pull there heads in or we all squad up and go to the ACCC with a class action.

    Dear EA Support Team,

    I participated in Pre-Alpha Server Performance Test in 2025. I played more than 4 hours in closed BF Labs sessions before the open beta and before launch.

    After the game launched I still didn't receive:

     

    1. BF Labs / Collaborator badge

    2. Constant Companion dog tag

    3. Lab Assistant title

     

    The rewards still haven't appeared, even though I was playing on the same EA account.

    I tried restarting the EA App and the game—it didn't help.

    Please check my account and award the rewards manually.

    Still nothing   player stat not updating   I have this in a few posts no joy
