If that will help with finding the problem - it's not just about the missing main content like campaign and similar, but also about other missing content like weapon packages from the Phantom edition or earlier Twitch drops (not the current ongoing campaign), open beta rewards, etc.. Interestingly, Phantom edition soldier skins, the pre-order sticker and charm, or XP boosters are available. (Game bought on EA app.)
