[INFO] Error code for Xbox players - 1:86001S:89001S:7C:-1356165584O

Hello everyone,

We are aware of a small subset of players on Xbox running into the specific error code 1:86001S:89001S:7C:-1356165584O when attempting to connect to the Battlefield 6 servers. This affects physical disc owners only.

Firstly please check your installed game files for 2 add-ons titled : "Battlefield Marker" and "Battlefield 6 Marker" If these are both present and installed and you still encounter this issue please submit a report to Microsoft through your Xbox using the instructions below"

1. Fully terminate the game (if currently running)
2. Launch the game
3. Once the game is done loading, press and hold the Xbox button on the controller
4. When the power menu appears, select the ‘Report A Problem’ button
   1. If this button is not visible, you may need to install the ‘Xbox Report a Problem’ app from the Xbox Store
5. Select ‘Report new problem’
6. Set category to ‘Game’
7. Set subcategory to ‘Battlefield 6’
8. Choose how to input text (‘another device’ vs ‘on console’)
9. Provide a title (“BF6 license failure”)
10. Provide a description (“Game fails to acquire add-on license”)
11. Submit
