I also redeemed the code in January but never received an in-game mail to claim it. I've contacted EA support about this and they confirmed that the code was successfully redeemed and is active on my account. The skin still remains locked.
I've already tried multiple different steps (provided by EA advisors) to solve this but none had worked so far. Some of the steps include:
- Restarting my system, both Steam and my PC itself
- Verifying my game files
- Re-linking my EA and Steam account
- Re-installing BF6
- Waiting several days after the launch of season 2
I hope this gets solved ASAP!
