I redeemed the engineer code back in January and that's the only code 5.11 emailed me. It was specified in the email that the code was for the engineer skin. I blacked out the code in case I need it for any sort of recovery effort.

Same exact thing happened to me. Just got done talking to EA support where they said "It was successfully delivered to your account already. If you cannot find it go to the forums for help."

So messed up dude, we spent a lot of money on this. Completely unacceptable.
