Adding my experience for visibility: I redeemed the SMS promo on January 24 (text BATTLEFIELD6 to 29683) which was supposed to unlock the Be-Ready Player Card. The code redeemed successfully, but the player card never appeared in-game. I waited well beyond the 2-hour window, restarted multiple times, checked all Player Card/Customization sections, and never received an in-game inbox message.

Quick update: I just logged in and the Be-Ready Player Card is now in my account. I also received an in-game mail confirming the reward was granted.

For reference, I originally redeemed the SMS promo on January 24, so there was a significant delay before it appeared. Posting this in case others are waiting on the same item.
