🎯 Assignment or Challenge Rewards Missing
If your challenge or assignment reward hasn’t shown up:
- Make sure all requirements were met - many assignments must be completed sequentially and are rank-locked.
- Confirm progress under your Challenges tab.
- Log out, restart your game, and play a full match to sync your account with the servers.

🔒 Lost Content from a Compromised Account
If your account may have been compromised and content or currency is missing:
- Immediately change your EA password and enable two-factor authentication.

🎁 Pre-Order, Edition, and Event Rewards Not Showing
If you’re missing Phantom Edition, Tier Skips, Beta rewards, or Road to Battlefield 6 items, don’t worry. The game officially launches worldwide on October 10, 2025, at 4 PM BST, and some rewards may not be fully activated in all regions until that time.
Here’s what to check:
