EA Forums will be temporarily unavailable

Our exciting move from Answers HQ to EA Forums is underway, which means both sites will be restricted at certain times. Check out our post to find out more.

Hey, players!

We’ve started migrating content from Answers HQ to EA Forums. 

To make this transition a smooth one, EA Forums will be temporarily unavailable or read-only between January 26 and January 29.

From January 26, Answers HQ will be read-only, which means you’ll be able to read posts, but you won’t be able to reply to them or create new ones. The site will then shut down and redirect to EA Forums.

    As an update, the issues regarding both FC 24 and Battlefield are currently under investigation.

    That’s the first thing I’ve checked. The servers were stated as „running“ the whole time. That leaves us with two options: 1. Me, all people in my discord and all the people complaining on X all became to dumb to play the game at the same time or 2. The server status shown is as good as the server itself….

    log into your account on the page https://battlelog.battlefield.com and give me a screenshot
    p.s.
    It didn't work, and you see the message " Problem contacting EA Login, please try again in a while."
    Don't worry! EA's professional team will fix this error within 2 weeks. Probably

    EA Help is not answering anyone on X. Right now there is no way to play the following games that I know of: BF1, BF5, BF2042, FC24, FC25, NFS, SW BF2,…we are above 2 hours now and there is no help, no support and no gaming on a Saturday evening. So yeah…

    We remember how they turned off the xbox 360. The server problems lasted for more than a week

    I have fed back to the team and will see if they can see anything their end. Only advice i can give is to make contact with EA Help to see if they can suggest any workarounds
