Phone is still overheating, very dangerous in my opinion. When it fries the battery who do i send the bill to?

Even an acknowledgement of the problem would be nice at this point. 

Between the Game crashing/lagging, phone overheating and being unable to do anything because of it.. its practically unplayable.
