Thats bs.... you wanted to unlock him faster to have an early advantage against others... which you obviously had. This has nothingto do with his nerfs
Exactly. I have an R9 Ezra Exile who will be essentially useless until I unlock GLAT... which I'm probably still at least a year away from. Refunded omis don't make up for that.
If you read the text they announce relic refunds for every character nerfed...
