You get access to the paid track, 10 "milestones" on both tracks, and 50k points, which I don't really understand as points are how you get milestones, I thought but maybe it means that 50k points is enough to get you 10 milestones.
I think you interpreted it right, it's 50,000 points which is equivalent of up to level 10 of the track which by extension would mean 250,000 for the whole track of 50 assuming the points per level don't change. CG could have said something along the lines of "Boost to Rank 10 of the rewards track with 50,000 points" because it is a bit weird on the wording at the moment. I think it's worded that way at the moment because if you purchase it at rank 49 instead of 1, you would then get rank 50 + 9 end of track reward crates
