the quest is complete 3 era challenge feats. Assuming CG are nice enough (so probably not) to put 5 feats on each tier like they did with the old galactic challenges, as long as you can complete the first feat you should be able to do all of em

i think they are saying tier one will have more feats so the quest can be done at only that level

Absolutely not! To get the 3rd feat you must battle vs L25 toons (that DESTROY my L15 Luke).

Absolutely not. If you couldn't do a tier previously you still can't do it. They just have 2 rewards per tier level instead of 1, which also doesn't allow you to finish the episode feat
