The team is aware of an infinite loop happening between an interaction between Great Mothers w/ Nightsister(s) and the "Weather the storm" data disc being applied.
We have this slated for fix in a future update.

They're talking about a Data Disk from conquest I believe. Hope this helps ease some tension.
The issue is that the disc is not allowing BUFFS before your toon takes a turn. Preventing debuffs are the only thing mentioned in the description.
Since GM's cannot apply Blessing to an ally to start the round, then you can never really even start the battle.
Preventing buffs to start also causes issues for teams that rely on PreTaunts (i.e. Krrsantan).
