CG_Meathead still waiting.... When do we expect the compensation?
CG_Meathead why haven't you responded. You boldly proclaimed there is a make good for the Era issues the game has. You can check my account. No make good received. This has been raised by me and a number of others. We NEVER got any hotfix/make good. We have contacted EA help, who is worthless by the way. They direct us to contact you essentially. So our issues with the game are ignored by EA and Capital Games. That is not good customer service.

[URGENT] Era of Andor Hotfix Not Applied - Ally Code: 837-743-936
The appears to be a targeted failure of the 'Era of Andor' hotfix script. While the fix was pushed globally, my account (and others reporting to this post) did not receive the expected Era resources with a subsequent result in lack of character progression/gear and Relic levels when the characters converted to legacy characters. This isn't a general complaint—this is a specific technical discrepancy between the patch notes and my account state. Here is where the issues start accumulating. I am currently at a standstill. If I spend Gear or Relic materials to fix this myself, I am wasting rare resources on a 'fix' that was promised for free. If I don't, I miss out on the Eyes of the Empire rewards. This puts affected players in a 'lose-lose' situation that a simple inbox compensation or manual account update would solve. With CG focusing things on the newer characters, your mistake continues to compound. Conquest feats will have feats that you can only beat with leveled up characters so I will be getting fewer rewards in conquests, also meaning I will be unlocking conquest characters later, and so on. At this point, I am not encouraged to continue this game. There has been NO communication and not even any acknowledgement of your mistake. No "we're looking into it," no "we're sorry for the inconvenience," no "we are looking into a fix. Seeing the lack of effort on your part says a lot towards how you feel about the community.
I have already attempted to resolve this through EA Help, but the issue was closed without a resolution despite the bug persisting. I am bringing this here as a last resort for developer visibility.

And here we are again.
We now have the Ignite the Spark Era Battle live, where higher geared characters that my account was denied are required to complete the higher tiers. Capital Games' mistake of failing to apply the 'Era of Andor' hotfix to all eligible players is actively blocking me from being competitive in current, time-sensitive endgame content.
The downstream effects are exactly what I warned you about in my initial post, and the silence is deafening:
EA Help refuses to assist and explicitly directs players to the forums.
Capital Games completely ignores the forum threads detailing the issue.
What exactly are affected players supposed to do? If the expectation is that we must spend our own hoarding resources to manually fix a developer-side script error just to keep up with the new 'Era' cadence, that is a losing race I refuse to take part in.
I have been playing on this specific account for 9 years. I enjoy this game, but I will not continue to log into an account that is permanently structurally disadvantaged due to a technical glitch your team refuses to acknowledge. If future content continues to require the missing 'Era of Andor' progress and this account remains unpatched, I am walking away from the game entirely.
