Hotfix Update + Compensation Update

Hello Holotable Heroes, 

We wanted to keep you updated on our adjustments and compensation plans for the issues we ran into yesterday. 

  1. Due to the issue limiting players advancing Marquee characters from lack of Era Resources, we will be granting all players over level 20 enough materials to take all of their Era Units up to Era Level 95 in the hotfix today. Star Level still impacts how high your Era level can go on a unit. 
    1. Note: The dusting of any left over materials will be reduced by half for this Era for the granted Era Materials:
      1. MK I Grek Ability Module
      2. Mk I Basic Performance Core
      3. MK II Forn Ability Module
      4. MK II Improved Performance Core
      5. MK III Esk Ability Module 
      6. MK III Advanced Performance Core
      7. MK IV Dorn Ability Module
      8. MK IV Enhanced Performance Core
      9. MK V Cresh Ability Module
      10. MK V Augmented Performance Core
      11. Era Level Currency
  2. We are disabling Era merchandise for the remainder of the Andor Era in the hotfix today
  3. The hotfix today resolves the issue where players couldn’t progress in Coliseum
  4. For the folks who purchased Era Material Bundle VI, Era Material Bundle VII, Era Material Bundle VIII, and or Era Material Cache VI, we will be sending you a make-good equal to the value of these bundles and packs in Crystals in a separate release.
  5. For the folks who completed the Journey Guide for Cassian (Undercover) and reached 7* on him before yesterday’s release we will be sending you a make-good in a separate release
  6. Because Coliseum ran into issues, we will be sending all eligible players 1000 Era Shipment Currency in a separate release

For those of you who had Journey Guide Cassian 7* prior to today's update, in a future compensation we will be giving you 3,000 Crystals. In addition to this, we will be giving you Episode Pass Plus for the duration of New Republic Era (3 Pass + In total).

    CG_Meathead​ why haven't you responded. You boldly proclaimed there is a make good for the Era issues the game has. You can check my account. No make good received. This has been raised by me and a number of others. We NEVER got any hotfix/make good. We have contacted EA help, who is worthless by the way. They direct us to contact you essentially. So our issues with the game are ignored by EA and Capital Games. That is not good customer service.

    I still haven't received any form of refund or any amount in crystals to the 200 euro's i spend in useless era materials to get my characters to era lvl 85 to unlock Cassian Undercover. The helpdesk bot is totally frustrating and can't help! I would like to speak to someone who can help!

    CG_Meathead​ I’ve spent a lot of money on this game especially during eras and May the 4th. It will not spend anymore money til we get our compensation for the material packs we bought during Andor only to get them for free a day later.

    CG_Meathead​ what are you going to do for those of us that never got the Hotfix applied to our accounts. Some communication would be appreciated. I too have been contemplating quitting because of this unfair treatment. EA help has been worthless, just saying is you were eligible, you would receive the rewards - I DIDN'T. At this time, the Era is over so I wouldn't be able to apply the resources anyway. I would appreciate at the very minimal, a "we are looking into how to compensate those who didn't get the rewards" or something. Just something to let us know that there might be reason to stick around.

    CG_Meathead​, I never got the hotfix. I have contacted the (no)help at EA multiple times and their response has been that there is a hotfix for the problem and then close the ticket. Again, I NEVER GOT THE HOTFIX. Ask my toons were stuck at 5* level 45-72. I have tried one last time before giving up and quitting the game. Anyone have any suggestions. And for the record, yes, I have restarted the game (multiple times a day) and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game again multiple times.
