Bug on the event ? Only 10 stacks shield at the start 

Embarassing that the second run of the event was allowed to run in the state it's in.

Really annoying.. just impossible to pass tier 1 with just 10 stacks.

EA_RtasPlease look into the issue reported and confirm if this is a bug or not.
