You're doing too much here.
You've got 15 characters from Andor, half of whom are super forgettable characters.
Think more of the factions they'd go in. The rebel faction is huge, and while I don't doubt it'll get bigger eventually, how are they going to run 15 marquees for Andor characters and disrupt existing teams.
Rebels have always been their favorite faction, so it's almost a certainty that more characters will come eventually.
One thing I'll agree is that we do need an ISB faction, Dedra Meero is absolutely a must. Colonel Yularen as a legendary faction leader. I could go as far as to say Partagaz too. But there's other Star Wars media that can be used to pull ISB faction characters from. What about Agent Kallus? What about Bode Akuna from Jedi: Survivor?
I'm sure when the third Jedi game releases, we're going to get characters from Survivor, including Dagen Gera as a dark side UFU, Cere as a Jedi, Cere Junda and Eno Cordova as Jedi, a new Cal as a legendary or journey character, Bode Akuna as a UFU and a potential ISB.
If we're bringing in Cere and Cordova from Survivor, there's potential for a Hidden Path faction, which could incorporate Quinlan Voss, a new Ventress, and characters from the Kenobi series.
I know I'd love to see more from the Old Republic. Imagine a GL or Epic Confrontation Immortal Emperor Valkorion with Arcann, Thexann, Vaylin, and Senya.
