Capital Games TeamI wonder what causes that to happen, similarly to purchasing Light speed bundles and the game giving crystals instead. 🤔
This is the first time it's happened to me I see reports of it all the time. It's not good for the game as the hoops you need to jump through to fix the issue is generaly far to annoying. Which results in people being hesitant to purchase stuff.
I want to purchase signal data mastery II, but I don't want to get the crystals lol
It happened to me but I didn't report it. Do I have to report it to get what I purchased instead of the crystals?
I tried to buy it twice in game and gave me crystals. Then I went to the webstore and it worked. But I want the signal data
And yet the fix for GL titles not being awarded has still to be released. But I guess that's not a priority, right?
This does seem like a much bigger priority. I hope everyone who bought them gets made whole
It offered both of them for sale. So because the $9.99 was a batter deal I bought it instead. That’s when I got crystals instead. Then I bought the $4.99 after. That one gave me the signal date. After I tried buying the $9.99 pack and it gave me crystals again!

But did you guys know about the issue where the in game pop up window pops up in the way of stuff we want to see?
or what about where the audio glitch a few months back cost us a bunch of rewards?
or perhaps the terrible rng that’s purposefully designed to make us lose instead of being a legitimate random generator?
