Don't blame people using mechanics. Blame CG for being so incompetent stuff like this regularly gets left in the game without being spotted.
There is a difference between USING a mechanic and ABUSING a bug. This is clearly not working as intended. So to place it on defense for an unbeatable team is ABUSING it. It's exploiting it. It's against TOS. It shows a lack of integrity. A lack of respect for the game and the other players. A lack of care for competition.
It's disgusting to see anyone defend using it.

Basically the same as defending hackers since they also just "use something the devs haven't patched yet".

I can blame both, it's not that difficult. CG should've tested it, especially since they have a beta testing team again. Players who use it knowing it is unkillable know it's an abuse of mechanics and there's never an intent to have an unkillable team in the game. They are exploiting something for their own benefit at the expense of other players and should be corrected for their effort to exploit.
