It's a balance, CG even said "Leviathan will remain a difficult matchup, but Executor should be able to hold more consistently against everyone else". With 7 star P1s it could potentially win against levis, but 3-6 stars probably not, bc currently 3-6 stars can beat levi. But this has effectively killed Chimaera
Executor with punishing will barely be able to touch leviathan after this. LOL
Sure, maybe with a 7-star P1, but they also just destroyed the Chimaera/Scythe counter entirely, meaning the ONLY way to win is to either have a 7-star P1 or to have Leviathan mirrors. So once again GAC comes back to "Oh you have Leviathan, congrats, your opponent can't full-clear without one of two high-price-tag items"

Absolutely, every counter to Levi, including Mirrors, depends on you out speeding your opponent via TM Gain.
Because unlike you we're not stupid and understand how the kits interact and how they work
If you understand the game mechanics you can predict how this will have an impact on the game. And this is just bad, don't have to wait to 'see it in action' - the results are very obvious.
