Unable to Get into Game Workaround

Hello Holotable Heroes, 

There is a subsection of folks who have reported they are unable to get into the game, while the team is investigating it (please continue to report it in bugs), there is a potential work around. 

  1. Sign out of Google Play.
  2. Load the game as a guest account.
  3. You might need to complete the onboarding tutorial.
  4. Once completed, go to settings > connect > Import account
  5. Use your email address and complete account owner verification.
  6. It should reboot the game and load your account.

    Nope. Tried twice. Doesn't work. Are we going to be compensated for the daily rewards we're aren't able to get in on? Same with TB. Can't get extra Reva shards if I'm not allowed into the game. This has to have something to do with the jar jar patch. I mean come on

    Have you checked that there is no pending update in the app store. That was what fixed mine.

    I gave this a shot and it did not resolve the issue. I also rebooted my device (Pixel 7 Pro, up to date) - no luck.

     

    Also echoing what I said in my post, clearing cache for Google Play and Google Play Services did not resolve the issue.

    Tried but doesn't work, same connection lost screen, after doing it.
