Is the only reason you are releasing new ships is as an excuse to keep buffing the Leviathan?  That sure seems like the only explanation.  Once again, you're not just making sure the new thing can't beat it, you'll killing 2 other counters:  Profundity with Mk6 and the Endurance.  Just come out and say you want all leviathan battles to be mirror matches and get it over with.
