The team is aware there is an issue causing the infinite spinning to happen.
It is not happening all the time it seems and only under specific environments.

Happened to me in Conquest. Took my currency as well. Only tried once and figured I'd wait it out.
Yeah unfortunately I just had the same thing happen to me. During conquest, easy battle, and my phone was just sitting this for 5-10 minutes waiting for the spinning to stop. I kept thinking “ahhh any second now….” Walked away came back… nope haha
Just got this bug 3x in a row during conquest, fun times
Me: "Ahh, just enough energy to finish off this sector, perfect!"
CG update: "Hold my beer..."
Has happened to me twice now during conquest. Wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take my energy too :(
Thanks for the acknowledgment. It seems to be affecting ROTE, Conquest, and the AB.
the same with me, happened 3 times in conquest, I stop all activities for now until it is fixed
Got stuck wave 4 loading into today's assault battle. Had to close the game
I got out pretty cheap just one infinite spin 20 lost
Happening during ROTE and Conquest for me a lot... costs me energy, and in ROTE I can't seem to re-attempt the mission it just did this on. This bug not only costs personal rewards but guild rewards too.
