Time is money. 
While you can not solve such basic problem, you lose HUGE money. 
customers are going to quit, no spending money on such irrelevant game app, 
which is only frustration. 
EA's stock will go down in market for such issue too. 
Take things seriously or you all workers in such company also loose your job. 
How important to do customer supports. 
Ticking time, loseing customers one by one.
