It took you ~3 weeks to acknowledge and comment on the issue. I sincerely hope you guys will compensate those of us who have been excluded for a long time properly, as we have lost thousands worth of crystals... Dailies, 3x GAC, 2x TB, 3x TW, Conquest, numerous events (including Scorch) and +7500 (normal) energy.
