[Updated 5:23PM PT] Era Refresh Issues

Hello there!

My loaned units are all at level 0, I believe they should be at level 5?

I was a couple of levels behind for the entire era last time, hopefully I’m not going to be 5 behind the entire era this time?

Any help, please?

I have logged into the game today, and claimed the Loaned Era Unit Level Increase Calender, however these levels are not reflected on my loaned Units.

Hi I bought episode pass and the 5 pack of shards (got all 7s). But her shards were not receive. I can’t go beyond tier two as she is somehow 20/30.

When the loaned unit calander opened the first time it only had era currency (which I claimed 100). I also got a popup I got 4 extra levels for my loaned units, seperate from the calander. But when I started coloseum there where no loaned units, so I restarted the game.

When restarted the calander showed I had claimed the first day for 5 loaned unit levels. When I looked at the loaned units, they where level 4 though.

The laoned unit level increase calendar gave me 100 era currency instead of the 5 level upgrade. Now my loaned units are level 0 but the upgrade in calendar is marked as claimed :( 

I logged in and claimed the era calendar however when I went to do coliseum the era characters did not get the 5 level increase

Opened the loaned unit calendar, received only 100 Era currency.
Loaned units were not initially appearing in my game.   Relogged the game and the loaned characters were there, the calendar was adjusted to display loaned unit tokens, but my loaned units are at level 0 and Day 1 of my Calendar is exhausted already. 

Please correct this.
I am not purchasing any packs until this is addressed.

Hello, my loaned units are still level 0 and did not receive the 5 levels from the calendar.  Could you please help me with this?

Would be great if I buy the pass + + on the game that it gives me the coaxium.... after all its the same product ive bought 

Oh you mean besides the glaring issue of intentionally rug pulling the community on Rotta 5* rewards?
