Happy Friday everyone, I hope this week has been treating you well! Halloween decorations are already in stores, so I will probably shop a thing or two this weekend, even if my Halloween storage boxes are already very full… 🎃 What about you, what are your plans for the weekend? 🤗

What have our sims been up to this week? CuppaPablo’s sims have been quite busy, as Robbie and Izzy continue their life in Copperdale. Robbie has been filming a new superhero film, and has aced all his scenes. Then after many conversations about children, the couple ultimately decided to adopt a child, Eugene, that Izzy picked up on Friday. After meeting all the relatives, the family went to the park for some dads and son bonding time. Despite some paparazzis following them, and learning that Eugene will need a different food diet, the day went pretty well. Robbie read to Eugene later, and Eugene enjoyed having a little nap in the outdoor tent 😙 Robbie and Izzy are coming up to terms with the fact that raising a child won’t be that easy, but it will be so rewarding, and they are happy to provide a bright future to Eugene 👨👨👦
- 🧒 Do you have any crazy or fun stories involving your children sims? BlueSeaWaves has been sharing the time when Leo noticed that the family pet Ringtail wasn’t feeling too well, and brought him to the vet in the middle of the night. Thankfully it was nothing serious, and Leo handled the situation like a champ! After treatment was done, he even took time for some chit chat with his friend’s dad. It seems like Leo has found a clear career path and is almost ready to take over his mom’s vet clinic any time now! 👩⚕️

🌴 This week we are getting a stunning renovation of Sankofa Residence by kukkahilla located in Dambele, and turned it into a vacation rental. Your sims will truly be able to relax in this beautiful and colourful ambiance. The living room is even cosier now with the addition of plenty of cushions and pillows, the rooftop and terraces have been redesigned, and the living room now displays lovely colourful floor mosaic tiles. The cherry on top is the new indoor pool that looks like an ancient bath and blends in so well with the rest of the decor 😍 The Courtyard Oasis fits in perfectly with the Legacy & Royalty build, it looks like everything had been pre-designed this way!

🌻 If you have been following the collaborative worlds in The Sims 3, you have definitely heard of Petite Alsace. KarilynMonroe2 has submitted a new build, Klufts House, which already fits in so well with the other houses and creations. This build is a very fun and colourful house, with plenty of plants and ivy around the windows, and bright welcoming sunflowers at the front. The house itself is divided into two colours, pink and yellow (why pick one when you can have both?), which gives a nice contrast with the dark roofs and window timber frames (or as you call them in Alsace, "colombages" 🤓☝️). Make sure to check out this fun addition to the expanding world!

Finally, let’s end those highlights on a nice reading note: a new chapter of Creek Tales by JesLet40 has been dropped! Harmony is moving to Oasis Springs as Sandy and Rory have offered her a room in their house so she can explore a new world and travel a bit. The old couple makes sure to spend some time with the teenage girl, showing her old mines and crystals. However, tragedy strikes (literally) and Rory falls victim to a meteor. Valentine, who was forbidden by the count to visit his family of mortals, decides that he’s had enough and attends the funeral for his grand-father, reuniting briefly with the rest of the family 💔
