Sul Sul!
Happy Friday! It’s been a cloudy and rainy week here, and I am ready to curl up with a cozy blanket, a bowl of snacks and a good movie for the weekend. What’s your favorite way to spend a rainy weekend? Do you have a comfort movie you like to watch or a favorite book to read? Or maybe you’d rather curl up for a good nap instead 🥱
So what happened this week?
- On Thursday a very exciting new Discord event launched to celebrate the back to school season. Welcome to Plumrobert U, a two week long special event full of daily challenges with the chance to win a PS5. Ready to enroll? Be sure to join the official Sims Discord here!
An exciting week at summer camp, posted here, by Ellupelluellu
Let’s have some fun with this week’s highlights!
- We may not be able to attend New York fashion week, but we can certainly host our own in this new discussion by PalmArrow, Autumn 2026 Fashion Photoshoot Challenge. The rules for this challenge are simple- dress your Sim in an autumn themed outfit (no CC clothes allowed!) set them up for a fashion photoshoot, and share your screenshots. Feel free to use any poses, backdrops or themes you like, just get as creative as possible and embrace the fall vibes 🍂🍁
- Looking for even more CAS challenges? Thanks JAY-CAMAROGIRL-, we’ve got another one for you in this Glow Up or Total Transformation challenge. For this challenge, you’ll be starting with a very blank slate and giving two Sims the makeover they desperately need. Whether you only want to give them a proper hairdo and outfit, or a complete overhaul on body shape and skin tone, the choice is yours. You’ve got full creative freedom for this couple and you’ll have until the 19th to submit your Sims. So give them your best makeover and share your final creations with us! 👗💅💄
- For this week’s build, we have an absolutely gorgeous Victorian style home, created by froggy2747. The house was originally designed for a shell challenge and is quite the glow up. This little Victorian home includes 3 bedrooms, a small study, a formal sitting room, and library. With a signature wrap-around porch, circular turrets, and a traditional closed floor plan, this house is peak Victorian charm. Outside you’ll find a gorgeous garden covered in hydrangeas and bougainvillea, perfect for hosting a formal tea party or even an elegant outdoor wedding. No matter what the occasion, you’ll definitely want to check this home out for yourself! 🪻🫖🍵
- But that’s not all! We’ve got another Victorian style build, but this one is a little more run down. Henford Orphanage, created by SimulationBuilds was once a warm and bustling orphanage but now sits abandoned and derelict on the edge of town. According to legend, the orphanage is still occupied by the spirits of the children and their caretaker, and if you listen hard enough at night you can still hear creaking floors and faint screams in the wind. Think you’re brave enough to investigate? Enter if you dare… 😱🕸️🏚️
- This week we got an update to an old favorite of mine in the charming gameplay story Tusnelda and Trix, written by MonaSolstraale. This newest chapter is all about moving on as Katrina hits things off with Sam, Rasmus and Izumi find some time for each other, Don tries to get his spark back, and Fatima and Elijah search for a new home. So how will everyone cope with their new life chapter? Make sure you tune in to find out! ✈️✈️✈️
And that’s all for this week! As always, stay safe, have a great weekend, and happy Simming! 💚
Till next time!
