I totally relate to your approach! Cleaning can definitely be a great way to unwind and clear your mind. I also enjoy the satisfaction of doing it myself, but like you mentioned, life can get overwhelming. When I'm juggling deadlines or family commitments, I find that using a laundry service is such a relief. It’s nice to have that option when you need a little extra help.
