Hi I use the ASUS ROG XBOX ALLY handheld and at the ea app I was downloading EA SPORTS WRC for the price € 49,99 

after downloading and click at playing, nothing helped. Only problems and I had to go to BIOS. I did, but nothing helped. Quest: Do you known if it is possible to get my money back?
