Hello, I believe this is an issue that many players may have experienced and can understand. One day, my Apex Legends account was permanently banned for "Gameplay Disruption", which I believe happened because my account was compromised. I have submitted multiple appeals regarding this issue and also contacted EA Support through live chat. I followed every method I was advised to try, but every appeal resulted in the same automated response stating that the sanction was appropriate. When I contacted live support, I was told that the matter was not handled by their department and that only the specific team responsible for sanctions could review it. However, there appears to be no way to communicate with that team directly other than submitting appeals that only result in the same automated responses. This leads me to wonder: for players who genuinely believe they have been unfairly banned, are we expected to keep submitting the same appeal repeatedly until we eventually receive a proper review? I also have evidence of suspicious login activity from unknown locations during the relevant period, which suggests my account may have been compromised. The current system feels as though it discourages players from appealing or seeking help by making the process exhausting and frustrating. I understand that EA must have systems in place to handle a large number of cases, and I am not asking for special treatment. I am only asking for a fair review of my specific situation and the evidence I have provided. I am posting this here because I have no other place to properly explain my concerns. I understand this may not be the correct department, but I hope this can bring attention to the difficulties players face when trying to appeal a ban. Dear EA Support and Official TOS Review Team, My Apex Legends in-game ID is 0420Joni, and my registered EA account email is [edit: email address removed]. My account was permanently banned in May 2024 without any reasonable specific violation explanation. I hereby submit a formal and sincere appeal for manual case review. I solemnly confirm that I have never used any cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, macros, scripts, speed modifiers, file tampering tools, third-party game injectors, or any software that violates EA Terms of Service. I have never shared, rented, traded or boosted this account. All my in-game performances are 100% legitimate manual gameplay. This is my long-term personal exclusive account. All my gameplay behaviors, aiming patterns, movement data and combat statistics are completely consistent with ordinary legitimate players. There are no abnormal cheating data features on my account. This ban is absolutely a false positive caused by EAC misdetection, system background process conflicts, driver environment errors or algorithm batch misjudgment, with no real rule-breaking behavior at all. I have submitted basic ban appeal tickets before, but only received automatic template replies without any manual inspection. Ordinary customer service cannot access underlying game logs and risk control data, resulting in an unfair and unrigorous judgment. Therefore, I strongly require this ticket to be escalated to the official EA TOS review team for complete independent manual re-investigation. Please check all original data and full match records from May 2024, including device fingerprint information, login IP history, real-time EAC detection logs, player movement tracks, aiming input data and all risk-trigger records during the banned period. Until now, the official has only given a simple ban result without any specific violation evidence, exact match time, detailed risk trigger rules or verifiable abnormal data. I dont know how it is on pc, never realy played apex on there. But for ps/xbox i think its the same. Let us mark and ping stuff when we are dead, so we can help our teammates. Sometimes it would come in handy, like if i have to ping a replicator, i cant but it would help my everybody else, because they dont have to go on the map or wait till our box is out of time. Maybe we dont need the nearest one because we know there are enemies there. Or when someone has to rotate, we can help them by pinging the route. Sometimes they dont have enough time to look for them selves and they need our help. It would be nice to have thies feature in the game. I'd easily get 220+ fps and the lowest I'd get was 180. Now I cant even hit 120, I'm constantly getting 60-110. Only when I look at the sky or the ground I get 240+ fps. Why is this? banned for ''gameplay enhancement''
Hi yall, recently i was banned for gameplay enhancement, which ive never done. I appealed over 20 times and i just get denied with the same robotic and generic reply I always get. I reached out on forums alot and people have said that i may have been playing or queued up with a cheater which i think is highly possible as at the time I was very into ranked and i was in LFGs looking for teammates so theres a chance one of the people i was playing with was up to something. Id also like to say that i know noone here can get me unbanned but is there any way of speaking to a real support worker and resolving this, ive genuinely spent thousands of dollars on this game and thousands of hours over the past 7 years playing this game and i wouldnt ''cheat'' to ruin it all for nothing, i didnt need to cheat and never wanted to and i got banned for such a thing. so i ask again can literally anyone give me an idea of how to speak to a real support worker and not receive the same automated response. Hello EA Apex Support & Community Moderators, My Apex Steam account was permanently banned on Apr 07,2024 for no proven cheating behavior. I’m a Platinum-tier player accumulating over 1000 official game hours. The ban happened when I queued Silver ranked with my friend in a local internet cafe. I turned on Huorong Security antivirus on the shared public PC solely to protect my account from being stolen, no third-party cheat tools were opened at any moment. Right before being banned, I spent collected heirloom fragments to craft guitar heirloom, which cost me lots of in-game resources; I have zero motivation to cheat and abandon my precious rare in-game item and long-time game investment. I filed the first EA appeal immediately after suspension, yet it was rejected without disclosing my specific violation reason. I was tied up with daily work for nearly two years and couldn’t follow up on my case until recently. I’ve gone through EA’s full user policy thoroughly and confirm none of my actions break game regulations. My bound Steam profile has no VAC punishment ever. Death Duet unequipped location
I don't know if it's intentional, but Death Duet's location while holstered puts it behind guns that are on the legends back. A lot of heirlooms of similar size (like the twin razors) get holstered on the leg, which makes more sense and just looks a lot better. People always say that aim assist exists to help casual players. If that's the case, I don't understand why it's still allowed in Ranked and the competitive scene. Is it impossible to see a competition based purely on raw skill among top players in Apex? I can understand having it in casual or other modes, but I don't get why it's in Ranked.
