Request for Manual Review and Unban of Wrongfully Banned Apex Legends Account
Dear EA Official Review Team, I am a loyal player of Apex Legends. My game account was suddenly banned by the system recently. Since the ban, I have been unable to log in to the game and participate in matches normally, which has seriously affected my gaming experience. Up to now, I have checked repeatedly through the EA client, account backend and penalty record page. However, I cannot find any specific ban reasons, violation items, violation time or corresponding penalty basis. The system only shows that my account is banned due to violations, without any detailed explanation or public notice. I hereby solemnly declare that I have always strictly abided by the EA User Agreement, Apex Legends game rules and anti-cheating regulations since I registered and used this account. I always play fairly and manually. I have never used any third-party illegal tools such as cheats, scripts, macros, game file tampering, frame rate modification, ESP or aimbot. I have never engaged in any irregular behaviors including power-leveling, rank boosting, toxic teaming, insulting teammates, malicious bug exploitation or profiting from game vulnerabilities. All my in-game behaviors are compliant and normal. I have not committed any violations of game rules. This account ban is most likely a false judgment caused by system anti-cheat misdetection, algorithm error or background data exception. It is an unjustified wrong ban. I cherish my game account very much. I have always played the game rationally with no bad records. This unexplained ban makes me extremely confused and helpless. Without any detailed violation information, I cannot check or correct problems by myself, and I have no effective way to solve this issue. I formally submit this unban appeal to the EA official team. I sincerely request the review team to check my account login logs, device records, IP records, full game match data and behavioral operation records, and conduct a comprehensive and detailed manual review of this penalty. If the verification confirms that I have not committed any violations, I sincerely hope the official team can lift the account ban and restore the normal access of my account. I will continue to abide by all game rules strictly and maintain fair and legitimate gaming behavior. I am willing to fully cooperate with all official investigations and provide all required information including account details, device information and login records at any time. I sincerely hope the official team will verify this case and handle it fairly. I just returned from a match in which our random typed "F-in Stupid" to us in the text chat (typed in full, nat abbreviated as i just did to avoid swear filter). I immediately received an automated email that this was not found to violate the TOS and no action would be taken. Possible Cheater in Top-Ranked Apex Legends Match [REPORT]
Hello, I recently came across gameplay footage from one of the top Predator-ranked players, and I found some aspects of his gameplay to be very suspicious. I have watched many top Apex Legends players and I am able to compare their gameplay with the player I am reporting below. His weapon recoil appears to be unusually low. It's possible that he simply has exceptional recoil control, but I have serious doubts. He frequently runs in a very specific direction, even when there are no audible cues, and consistently finds enemies without any apparent pings or information from teammates. The same thing happens when he peeks from behind cover—his crosshair is often already almost perfectly aligned with the opponent. Even if the video itself doesn't clearly show cheats, it's possible that the cheat overlay was hidden through software or that the gameplay was recorded from a second monitor, making the interface invisible in the recording. I sincerely hope I'm wrong about this player. I really enjoy this game, and I'd like to see everyone compete fairly. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could review this player's account and determine whether any unfair software or other violations are involved. Matchmaking time in duos and trios
Due to the disastrous Wildcard event, I've been playing exclusively in pubs for the past few days. Duo matchmaking times are TERRIBLE. Trio matchmaking times aren't much better. In the mornings and evenings, my matchmaking averages 5-10 minutes. I use a tracker, and practically half the lobby is always the same people. This can't continue in the long run... Do something about SBMM to shorten the matchmaking time. Oh my God, it's just pubs. This isn't the ALGS. Hello, I believe this is an issue that many players may have experienced and can understand. One day, my Apex Legends account was permanently banned for "Gameplay Disruption", which I believe happened because my account was compromised. I have submitted multiple appeals regarding this issue and also contacted EA Support through live chat. I followed every method I was advised to try, but every appeal resulted in the same automated response stating that the sanction was appropriate. When I contacted live support, I was told that the matter was not handled by their department and that only the specific team responsible for sanctions could review it. However, there appears to be no way to communicate with that team directly other than submitting appeals that only result in the same automated responses. This leads me to wonder: for players who genuinely believe they have been unfairly banned, are we expected to keep submitting the same appeal repeatedly until we eventually receive a proper review? I also have evidence of suspicious login activity from unknown locations during the relevant period, which suggests my account may have been compromised. The current system feels as though it discourages players from appealing or seeking help by making the process exhausting and frustrating. I understand that EA must have systems in place to handle a large number of cases, and I am not asking for special treatment. I am only asking for a fair review of my specific situation and the evidence I have provided. I am posting this here because I have no other place to properly explain my concerns. I understand this may not be the correct department, but I hope this can bring attention to the difficulties players face when trying to appeal a ban. I dont know how it is on pc, never realy played apex on there. But for ps/xbox i think its the same. Let us mark and ping stuff when we are dead, so we can help our teammates. Sometimes it would come in handy, like if i have to ping a replicator, i cant but it would help my everybody else, because they dont have to go on the map or wait till our box is out of time. Maybe we dont need the nearest one because we know there are enemies there. Or when someone has to rotate, we can help them by pinging the route. Sometimes they dont have enough time to look for them selves and they need our help. It would be nice to have thies feature in the game. I'd easily get 220+ fps and the lowest I'd get was 180. Now I cant even hit 120, I'm constantly getting 60-110. Only when I look at the sky or the ground I get 240+ fps. Why is this? With the broken matchmaking system it s impossible to revive teammates, those bots just leave. banned for ''gameplay enhancement''
Hi yall, recently i was banned for gameplay enhancement, which ive never done. I appealed over 20 times and i just get denied with the same robotic and generic reply I always get. I reached out on forums alot and people have said that i may have been playing or queued up with a cheater which i think is highly possible as at the time I was very into ranked and i was in LFGs looking for teammates so theres a chance one of the people i was playing with was up to something. Id also like to say that i know noone here can get me unbanned but is there any way of speaking to a real support worker and resolving this, ive genuinely spent thousands of dollars on this game and thousands of hours over the past 7 years playing this game and i wouldnt ''cheat'' to ruin it all for nothing, i didnt need to cheat and never wanted to and i got banned for such a thing. so i ask again can literally anyone give me an idea of how to speak to a real support worker and not receive the same automated response.
