Account Banned & Empty Penalty History
Hi EA Community Managers, I am reporting a severe technical synchronization issue regarding my account (EAID: Zrenwwv). The Problem: My account is currently locked, but my Penalty History is completely EMPTY. Because the history is empty, I cannot select a record to submit a formal appeal through the standard webform. Support Admission: In my recent live chat (Case #241761184), the agent Shrishti officially confirmed this is an "EA server error" and a "glitch". Shrishti identified as the technical team but was unable to perform a manual refresh. Conflicting Status: My case history now shows the status as "FIXED" (as of April 16, 2026). However, the account is still banned and the penalty history is still empty. This is clearly a database failure. Request: I am asking for a Technical Specialist to manually fix the synchronization between my account status and the penalty database so I can access the appeal function. I went into my account yesterday and found out I have been permanently banned for “gaming enhancements” I have later found out it was due to hackers who got into my account through a phishing website. I did NOT cheat!!!
I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point, so I’m posting here hoping someone will actually take a proper look at my case. My account got banned, but I want to make it very clear: I did NOT cheat. Someone else got access to my account without my permission. I noticed in my login history that there was a login from a completely different location (London), which was definitely not me. Most likely it was done through a VPN or some kind of unauthorized access. I even contacted Steam Support about this situation and gathered proof showing that my account was accessed from another IP address. I submitted this evidence in my appeals, but both times my appeal was rejected. To be honest, it really feels like no real person even reviewed my case, but instead it was just an automated system rejecting it. Now I’ve sent a third appeal, hoping that someone will finally take the time to properly investigate what actually happened. I’m not asking for anything special — I just want my account back so I can play the game normally. I’ve never had any intention of cheating or breaking the rules. So the other day I Was playing apex with my friends on I think Tuesday and yesterday I try to log in and it says my account was permanently banned for gameplay enhancement? I have never cheated in my life on any game. I have grinded this game since the launch I have been playing since season 1 and my account shows that. I come from console to pc, so idk if it’s triggering that i just got really good really fast and that’s why it banned me or if it’s just an ai ban wave. I just want to know why does it ban people who aren’t cheating? Cuz I genuinely want to know if it’s an ai that’s doing all of it or if it’s manual. I have appealed but I didn’t get my ban removed for some reason. I have stated multiple times to look at my recent matches to see I have not been cheating but I get an ai email when I appeal. Please if someone are ea or respawn could take a look and unban me that’d be great. How do I merge my switch account with my higher level Xbox account.

Permission to mirror ALGS Pro League stream on personal Twitch

Dear Support Team, I am writing to respectfully request a review of my account ban. I have been a dedicated player since the very beginning of the game, playing on both Xbox and PlayStation. Over the years, I have invested a significant amount of time into the game, reaching more than 75,000 kills and achieving Prestige 3 with a level above 600. I have also earned the Apex Predator rank multiple times, which reflects my commitment and experience. I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized software. The only time I played outside of standard modes was in Bot Royale (including evolved versions), purely to test sensitivities and improve my gameplay in a controlled environment. Additionally, I believe my account may have been compromised recently, which could explain any suspicious activity that led to this ban. My account had been hacked into. When I went to play Apex, I received a message that someone else was logged into my account on another device. After restarting my game multiple times and getting the same message, I decided to check my email. I noticed that I had an email from EA, but in Korean. I translated this email to figure out what was going on; it translated to "On March 30, 2026, at 11:12:29 AM UTC, the email address linked to your account was deleted." This is when I knew my account was hacked. I sat with EA support for 2 hours troubleshooting numerous ways to get my account back and be able to play on my Apex account again. After a drawn-out 2 hours, I was told to reset my passwords for my Xbox and EA account, then wait 20 min. Once 20 min had passed, I logged back onto Apex, and I received a message that my account had been banned for "Gameplay Enhancement". I immediately submitted a ban appeal because this cheating was clearly not me, since I did not have access to my account for the whole day due to the fact that the hacker was on my Apex account. I explained the situation and provided the case number so they can review my conversation with EA help. Even though I provided proof that my account was stolen and I did not cheat, they still denied my appeal. I have just submitted a reappeal, but I am worried that they will just deny it again. After being false ban my last reappeal was rejected I tried to open a new case and submit additional evidence. they answer me and After they immediately deleted my penalty record. ( Of course, I cannot connect to the game.) They thought I was too annoying. They deleted my penalty record, making it impossible for me to make further inquiries. Okay, I have never cheated. Believe it or not. It doesn't matter anymore. I give up. i'm pretty old I thought I had experienced quite a lot of absurdity, but this is best ok That's just how life is. Account banned after hackers took my account and cheated on my account
My email account was recently compromised, which allowed someone to access my EA account and change several of my login details. While they had control of the account, they appear to have used cheats or hacking software in-game, which resulted in the ban. This activity was not carried out by me. I had not played on the account for a few years and only recently returned, which is when I discovered the issue. records should also show that I recently recovered access to my account after it was compromised. The timing of the account changes and ban also matches when my email was hacked. I’m shocked that my account was hacked, but ea was amazing about helping me get my account back. Keep an eye out and contact ea support immediately. My EA account email was changed and unlinked from my PSN, they were able to gain me access into my account within 30 minutes. It took about an hour for me because I had accidentally made a new account when booting up Apex. I have everything back and have increased security on my account.
