I Want to Reclaim My Game Account Property – Multiple Unjustified Bans Appeal
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to you as a long-time Apex Legends player who started back in 2020. With over 1,500 hours of total playtime, I consider myself a dedicated and loyal player. I am appealing for the following four accounts, all of which have been permanently banned: Account 1: my main account, created in 2020 Account 2: my first backup account Account 3: a new account created after the initial bans Account 4: my most recent account The situation began on the night of October 15, 2025, around 11:00 PM. My home computer was having issues, so I went to an internet café to play Apex. While playing the Wildcard mode, my main account (Account 1) was suddenly banned. I was completely stunned. I submitted an appeal, assuming it was just a simple false ban that would be quickly resolved. I then switched to my first backup account (Account 2), which hadn't even unlocked ranked mode yet, and queued for a normal match. I remember very clearly that the map was Kings Canyon. Before the match had even finished, while I was still moving around in-game, I was suddenly banned again. At that point, I couldn't even log into the game anymore. Two accounts banned in a single night, with less than an hour between the two bans — something felt seriously wrong. I began to suspect that the internet café machines might have had cheats installed on them previously, triggering some kind of hardware ID or machine-based ban. Now, some might argue, "Of course you'd get banned for playing at an internet café — you deserve it." But then let me ask: on those exact same machines, after my accounts were banned, my friend played seven or eight separate sessions and was never banned. How can that be explained? Is this an issue with the internet café, or is there a flaw in EA's anti-cheat system's judgment? I submitted at least 10 appeals across both accounts. I tried every method I could find — contacting customer support directly, writing detailed appeal letters in English, and using every approach shared online. Not a single appeal was successful. I felt completely defeated. So I decided to start fresh with a brand-new account (Account 3), working my way up from level one and completing all the new player missions. However, on March 12, 2026, at 8:30 PM, this new account was banned yet again — same internet café, different machine. I had just spent over 60 RMB on the battle pass, excited to try out the newly released Gundam Wildcard mode. I played fewer than three matches before my account was banned once more. At that moment, I couldn't help but ask: is it simply impossible to play Apex Legends at an internet café? Is your game so uniquely fragile that it can only be played on a personal computer at home? I was furious. But I had already made plans with two friends to play ranked together — was I supposed to leave before we even started? So I borrowed a friend's account, switched machines, and this time deliberately avoided Wildcard mode, playing only ranked. For nearly four months, I played on that borrowed account at the same internet café. On several occasions, I even went back to the exact same machines where my accounts had been banned and logged dozens of hours — strictly playing ranked. Not once was that account banned. That was when I realized: if I avoid Wildcard mode and only play ranked at an internet café, no ban occurs. So I have to ask, EA: isn't it enough that your game struggles with server issues and receives criticism for its character designs? Must you also prevent players from enjoying Wildcard mode at internet cafés? Can your anti-cheat and ban review systems please be improved? But it doesn't end there. On July 16, 2026, at 9:40 PM, my most recent account (Account 4) was banned yet again. This account was created on July 7, 2026 — barely 7 days old, with less than 12 hours of playtime. The reason, I believe, is straightforward: upon my first login, I mistakenly used a VPN instead of a gaming accelerator. When I noticed severe network instability, I immediately exited the game, disconnected the VPN, restarted my computer, and reconnected using a proper accelerator before logging back in. I only logged in to claim the Cyberpunk crossover event rewards and then immediately logged out without playing any matches. When I tried to play with friends later that evening, I found that the account was already banned. In less than a year, four of my accounts have been permanently banned. I have submitted over 30 appeals, and not a single one has been approved. I had already made up my mind to give up on this game forever. But today, July 18, 2026, I woke up and the more I thought about it, the angrier I became. Why? Because I played at an internet café? Because I played Wildcard mode? Because I accidentally used the wrong network connection? Why did three borrowed accounts, played on the same café machines for months, never get banned? Why is every new account I create banned and every appeal rejected? My main account (Account 1) holds approximately 4,000 RMB worth of purchases, including seven or eight Heirlooms and many high-value skins accumulated over the years. The money and time were my investment. The bans were handed down by you in an instant. I am genuinely outraged, yet every reply I receive remains cold and formulaic: "We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating." For the first three banned accounts, the ban reason was listed as "Gameplay Enhancement"; for the most recent account, "Gameplay Simulation." Every time I asked customer support to specify exactly why my appeal was denied, no concrete answer was ever given. I was simply told that a "specialized team" handles such cases and that support staff don't have the authority to assist. Isn't this just outright buck-passing? The fact that I created three new accounts and played on a friend's account should be ample proof of my passion for this game. Yet that passion has been met with nothing but merciless permanent bans. I am certain I am not the only player feeling this anger and helplessness. There must be thousands upon thousands of players who have endured similar experiences. My request is simple: please unban all four of my accounts listed above and restore my game property. I swear on my life that I have never once used cheats. I urge you to conduct a thorough and fair review. I am fully willing to cooperate with any investigation required. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, A Chinese player who loves Apex Legends July 18, 2026Solved48Views0likes4CommentsRacist remarks.
When will EA take reports of racist remarks seriously. I enjoy playing apex legends but I find that I run into racist individuals that have no fear using racist remarks because the report system isn’t enough to penalize them. Almost every other three game I play I run into a person who’s boastfully insulting with confidence. Something needs to be done.SolvedSliceZofpizza-_-8 days agoSeasoned Newcomer45Views0likes3CommentsAm I cooked? Merging account errors
So back when I was a kid a few years ago I got an Xbox under my parents email and had apex. Eventually I switched my Xbox account under my email and everything was still good. Well recently, I wanted to play Apex on steam and merge my accounts. I swapped my EA account email from my father's to mine and linked my steam account. Logged in on steam....level 1 account. Okay well, I'll check Xbox.... also now a level 1 account. All my progress is gone and i cant link or unlink anything until January 2027 is there anyone I can talk to about this? I know i'm not going crazy because all of my achievements still show up. I was really hoping to get back into this game but these forums have been my last resort. EA AI chatbots can't help at all and there's literally nothing I can do so I was really hoping to speak to someone about this. Unless the best thing to do is just to never play the game again, I don't want to start over.SolvedLupoLich12 days agoNewcomer31Views0likes1CommentApex ranked griefing teammate
This person actually irritated me so much that i decided to log in on this forum and make a post about it. First he lands on same building off drop that i pinged instantly, and starts yapping about something how he's the best blablabla and instantly dies. We revive him and start yapping to me once more and i ignore him. And we get pushed by a team, i knocked one and i get knocked, and he refuses to fight a team when he was supposed to, doesnt come over to bubble res me when he could of totally done so, instead he bubbles himself on the same spot he was standing the whole fight and once the enemy team dies and pathfinder tries to box revive me, he melees him, to stop him from reviving him. Pathy craftes me and tries to beacon revive me, he melees him again to stop me from getting revived. I reported this morron in-game for sabotage, but i know that ingame system almost never works. So i hope someone from EA actually reads this and check the game replay or whatever if they can do that, to give him like a temporary ban or smth, just to give him a wake up call. My EA account was compromised on July 2, 2026. I received an official EA security email showing my account email was changed to [edit: email address removed] without my permission. The account language was also changed to Korean. I have screenshots proving this. EA Help will not connect me to an advisor and always says “This issue isn’t supported by advisors.” I need account recovery assistance.SolvedLewisDayton18 days agoNot applicable43Views0likes2CommentsI was stopped because of the hacking
I am a person who plays in Korea. However, I recently played Apex on PCbang and the action caused my EA account to be hacked by a Chinese person, who used nukes to get me suspended. I just like to play by learning languages little by little, even if the language doesn't work through Apex. However, as far as I know, the hacker took my fun for granted, and according to the regulations, the nuclear users are not solved by EA. However, I hope that people like me who have been unfairly suspended by hackers will be given a chance at least once. And even though I am not good at English, I write down my story through a translator. I hope other users will sympathize with my sadness. This capture gives me the reason for my account to be suspended. It says why this is gameplay enhancement and the date I got the suspension is June 26. But I didn't play the game on that date. The second picture is proof that I was hacked by China. It is obvious why Koreans received an advertisement for a summer discount event in Chinese. This leaves my sadness in this way. If this is what EA administrator sees, please don't take my happiness out. I won't play Apex anymore if the suspension isn't released.Solved35Views0likes1CommentDo I need the most expensive internet service in order to play Apex?
I recently changed my internet service from AT&T to Spectrum. And actually have a higher download speed compared to AT&T now. However since the change, everyday from 11 am until late in the evening, the apex server I’m closest to, operates at 150 ms ping throughout the day. It’s unplayable. But from the hours of midnight until 11am, the game plays fine. So as long as I never sleep, I can play. But it makes me wonder why does it operate fine during those hours and not during the day?? I’ve done everything I can possibly do on my end. I generally want to know, do I need Verizon or AT&T 1GB internet, in order to have a stable connection with an apex server?SolvedBLUE9FACE9KING921 days agoNew Scout99Views0likes9CommentsCan I Post on Behalf of My Friends?
Hi everyone, I have quite a few friends who play Apex Legends together, and most of them are Chinese players. Since English isn't our first language, some of them aren't comfortable posting on the forums themselves. Would it be okay if I post questions or bug reports on their behalf when they need help? If more information is needed, I can always ask them and provide any additional details. I would like to suggest that Respawn continue investigating the use of third-party controller hardware, input modifiers, and macro-like behaviors that may provide unfair advantages in Apex Legends. Many players have raised concerns about devices or hardware configurations that can reduce recoil, automate inputs, or interact with aim assist in ways that may not reflect normal player input. Even if these tools operate at the hardware level, unusual and highly consistent input patterns may still be detectable through behavioral analysis. It would be helpful if Respawn could: • Continue improving detection methods for abnormal controller inputs. • Clarify the rules regarding third-party hardware modifications and macro usage. • Take appropriate enforcement actions against accounts found to be gaining unfair advantages. Maintaining a fair competitive environment is important for the long-term health of Apex Legends and the player community. This is the 2nd time in 5 years I’ve been banned for a user name.. first one definitely inappropriate and it even lasted longer than my current. The name was <removed>, has anyone had an issue with being suspended? I’m worried that if I get another I’ll be permanently banned. Can’t get any response from support. Hello everyone, I'm writing to appeal a permanent ban on my Apex Legends account. My EA account ID is: [[edit: email address removed]] The ban happened on: [2026-03-05] The problem is: I received a permanent ban notice in the game, but when I logged into my EA account and checked the Penalty History tool, it shows "No history" — there is no violation or ban record at all. I want to state clearly: - I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party tools to modify the game. - I have never shared my account or used any boosting services. - I always follow the game rules and have never received any previous warnings. I believe this is a false ban caused by a system error. Could any moderator please help me escalate this case to the EA support team for a manual review? I can provide any additional information or screenshots you need to verify my innocence.
