Didn't receive BF pro 25 tier skips. Week 1 challenges not tracking.
I purchased BF pro at the end of season 3 and I didn't receive my 25 tier skip. I did receive my 2 tier skip for pre-ordering season 4. But not the 25 from the BF pro purchase. Also my week 1 challenges aren't tracking. I'm on the struggle bus trying to unlock the new weapons.Game freezes the computer during a match
Hello, I ve got a common problem on my setup Ryzen 5800x MSI b550 Radeon 7900xt 32gb ddr4 850w corsair Game is just freezing my pc. I cant do anything, only restart whole setup. There is no dump file, there is no error code. Just frozen screen. I tried many things. Different gpu drivers, deleting cache, runnin as admin, changing settings on Adrenaline, still no hope. Sometimes there is also problem with DirectX. I have to reinstall drivers to solve it... I was hoping the Season 4 update would help but after 73gb of files installed on pc the problem isnt solved. Thats kinda embarrasing, i ve got 430lvl , spend big money in game and cant play single match. Sorry for my eng, tryin my best.
AMD GPU Driver Deletion- Battlefield 6
When launching into the game (Battlefield 6/BF6) and idling for 1-2 minutes, my AMD graphics drivers and software were entirely deleted from my PC. Main and secondary displays black-screened and required re-install of all graphics drivers and software to function. PC Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D 6-Core Processor RAM: 32 GB GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT - VRAM: 16 GBdirectX error
i need help i have not been able to play since season 4 started because of GetDeviceRemovedReason error i have the latest drivers update and tried other things but still do not work. i was playing 30 min before season 4 started but since it started its been crashing my specs rtx 5070 ryzen 7 7800x3d 32gb ram does anyone have the same issue?
Game crashing to desktop after few minutes
Hello, This is an ongoing issue since the film is update. When I launch the game it will always (no matter if I stay in menu or join a game) crash after like 2-5 minutes. There's no error, the game just closes. I have tried many things, downgrade my AMD drivers, update bios, reinstall the game, uninstall and reinstall EAC, install in HDD instead of M2 SSD etc... nothing helped. Before the Goldmud update I was playing since release and had no issues. This is the only game that crashes. Any ideas? I want to play when the new update releases :( It's on Steam btw. DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
I have recently starting getting this crash (check attached photo) I have checked other threads regarding the same issue and done the steps accordingly, nothing helped. Also, i haven't changed anything on my PC other than updating my drivers (i got the crash before updating as well)
Battle Pass Didn't Provide Enough Battlefield Coins
As the title says, i thought each Battle Pass is supposed to provide enough coins to acquire the next season Battle Pass. However after completing it in season 3 I still do not have enough for Season 4. I bought it the first season then got enough coins to get the other seasons. Figured it'd be the same. Did this get changed to force people to pay for more coins now?Gaming pc can’t bite bf 6 on minimal settings
A huge lagging in game after middle of season 3 graphics settings on low not helping.. and most funny my system is: amd fx7800x3d GeForce 4080super 64gb ram Samsung 9900 ssd after spending 290h in game and have no any problems with fps and lagging game lag also in game manu. Nothing helps I updated bios all drivers and reinstall game but still this problem what present only in bf..
Crash on boot up after July 21st update
Using EA app, after I hit play the AntiCheat splash comes up and verifies and the game begins to start up but crashes before getting to any of the intro sequences. Just a black, windowed screen that crashes before even trying anything. I have tried repairing the game files, cache clearing and even a full reinstall but to no avail. Crashing happened before and after updating AMD drivers. Xbox BF6 freezes and the ln crashes completely while playing BR.
So this has happened a lot. I’m playing with a group in the team chat and in the middle of a game when the game will freeze and then ultimately crash sending me back to the Xbox Home Screen and I have to restart the game only to have it happen again. this only started since the season three update. I can’t even enjoy the game. What is going on???
