Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)
Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference, I easily average over 100fps even on the bigger maps, but panning the camera with mouse input makes the game feel like it's running at 15fps despite no drops. In-game reporting confirms it's running perfectly, as CPU/GPU are always rendering within 10fps of eachother. Connect a controller though? Buttery smooth camera panning, and easy to track enemies. No hitches or stutters, just butter. I've tried: - All polling rates, from 125hz up to 4000hz - Toggling raw input on/off - Enabling/disabling Nvidia reflex - Changing USB ports, changing to different mice, wired/wireless - USB power saving etc all turned off - I even tried a driver/Nvidia CP restore, but as controller is super smooth, this was a long shot in the first place Unfortunately the game is unplayable using a mouse on PC due to this. It's next to impossible to track targets, and you quickly get a headache from the micro stuttering when panning. The effect is very similar to Helldivers 2 on PC, when you turn off 'Mouse Smoothing', as that game has serious issues with raw mouse input. Happy to hear suggestions on how to fix this. Mice tried: - Keychron M4 - Logitech G305 - Logitech G604 - Razer Naga Hyperspeed - AttackShark M1 I've also tried on an entirely different PC, same results. OLED as always exhacerbates the issue too, due to the awesome pixel response times. I fear many won't see it due to slower LCDs. Specs are: 5700x3d 3060ti 8GB 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 AW3423DW (Gsync module version) This is on a fresh Windows install, up to date drivers (tried DDU as well to be sure), but honestly since it's running beautifully with a controller, this looks to be purely a mouse input issue. No other games exhibit this issue other than... Helldivers 2, and Battlefield V. BF1 is butter on mouse, as are BF3 and BF4. Helldivers 2 can be fixed by turning on mouse smoothing in game. I almost bought a GPU upgrade before testing the Xbox controller, saved myself £600. Latest CM post: Hi everyone, Thanks for sharing your experiences and feedback so far. EA_Leeuw What is going on with the connection issues on PC?!? I can't join servers when I search for them. I get the 84002S error ALL the ******* time. I've tried connecting through friends and got a new one.. I I got a /!\ 87003S:62001S:-8A... when are you guys going to fix these bugs? the 84002S bug has been around since launch. it usually shows up as your connecting, throws that error then connects you anyway... That and when are we going to get a favorites tab or way to save servers to a favorites list? When are we going to get the ability to swap factions./teams/sides etc whatever you wanna call it? I have a RTX 2070 Super graphics card. Decent, but not really top of the line. So, for better performance, I set myself on LOW settings. And until recently, everything was smooth sailing. Now, everytime I relaunch the game, settings are set on CUSTOM, with many indivdual stuff on ULTRA or even OVERKILL. Please fix this.Solved24Views0likes3Comments
BF6 crash or stop during loading.
hello, Since today, BF6 no longer launches. Whether on Steam or EA, the game launches and then stops after a few moments. Two days ago, the game was working normally. So I was having issues with latency variation and lag. I updated what felt like everything in my pc. It ran great after the updates for 1 night. Then I woke up Saturday morning to play and this was the error that I kept receiving. If i didn't receive this message when loading up, my game would just black screen and crash my entire rig. This has happened every time Ive tried playing. I rolled my drivers back to the previous one and was still getting this error just with a different driver number. What should I do to fix this issue? I crash when loading the shaders or right when I get into the main menu. The game is now completely unplayable as I cannot even load into campaign or multiplayer before getting this error. system specs: nvidia gforce rtx 4060 8gb i5 - 14600kf msi pro b760 - p ddr4 wifi mobo corsair 2400 ddr4 16bg memory 1TB PCS 2.5 SSD ive been having issues in game such as; invisible enemies, guns, objects, terrain, textures still loading in a full minute into the match, missing audio or delayed audio, loading icons taking longer than they should, stuck verifying shaders on start menu, unable to leave a match, unable to mute teammates in game, mouse disconnecting randomly running the game and mouse flicking in a random direction without my input. troubleshooting for the past 2 weeks and i cant find the problem with my hardware, on the lowest settings possible: gpu usage - 98% gpu temps - 50-60c cpu usage - (intel turbo boosting on) 55% (intel turbo boosting off) 35% cpu temps - (intel turbo boosting on) 50-70c (intel turbo boosting off) 35-40c RAM usage - 9gb VRAM usage - 4.5gb ethernet connection with strong wifi Ive had a fresh install of windows debloated nvidia driver using ddu tried different power plans updated ALL my drivers tried low, medium, high graphics settings checked the health of my ssd, gpu ,cpu, ram which were all good verified game files multiple times and 3 files always have to be reacquired i think something to do with the anti cheat After disabling intel turbo boosting in the bios it alleviates some of the issues above but not completely, im not sure how much performance im missing out on while having it disabled but on lowest i can barely keep a stable 141 fps which isnt impressive since i only play redsec and the maps are usually small - medium size i do have this problem in 1 other game that being the division 2 which has the same problems im not sure what relation that has but no other games i play have this problemSolved101Views0likes9Comments

Hello their, So Is It know for the game to connect people to other parts of the world? I use wired connection ethernet and bigger maps Im on the game Is basically unplayable on smaller ones its good I have a 5090 rtx also If I do a server just by myself the lobby I get Is like 100 ping or 200 umm Is there other reports about this? Physically cant play the game, I can play like 10 minutes of a game then get kicked with Error code 1:85009S, then its every 20 seconds I get the code after I get it the 1st time, I get kicked even when I'm in the lobby. I don't run a vpn or firewall or anything like that, I've tried a few suggestions but nothing worked, I've seen a few say a full re-installation of windows could work but I think that's completely unnecessary just to play a game, unbelievable considering all the hype for the game which id love to enjoy but I cant, is there anything that doesn't involve a windows re-install or going into the bios. Game crashes to the desktop at the launch of 2nd match of the day.
After 1st match of the day, the game crashes on the launch of the next match. Drops out to the desktop, rebooting the PC is ineffective. No error messages, just crashes at the moment of joining a new match. Has been going on the last week or so. I've cleared my cache, reset my router, and troubleshooted as much as I can on my end. I'm on Xbox Series X. Crash to Desktop w/ No Error
Since the previous update 1.1.1.5 I have not been able to play a full match without the game crashing. I have tried a number of things to fix the issue. I own the game on Steam but I'll include my EA ID as well. I would have attempted to update my BIOS but it is already up-to-date. Below are the fixes I have attempted. I did some stuff to fix the "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" error as well because it happened a few times when attempting to fix the no error crashes to desktop. Fixes attempted: -Uninstall BF6(restart PC)/Reinstall BF6(after restart) -Roll-back NVIDIA Drivers/Reinstall latest drivers -Disable XMP/Edit MT/s -Lower graphic settings -Update and repair Windows -Run Dxdiag to find issues with DX12 (No problems were found) -Install DX12 drivers again from Windows (Just in case) Additional Information: EA ID / Steam ID: Ollie-Senpai / Ollie OS Version: 26100.7171 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB GPU Driver: 581.80 Date/Time the issue occurred: 11/13/25 - Current Brief summary of your bug: Game runs fine and then will randomly freeze for a brief second and then crash to desktop with no error. Type of issue: Crash Mode where it occurred & Map: RedSec & MP on Escalation, Conquest, Rush, Breakthrough on all Maps. Any other errors: "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" was also present but has not been a consistent error since rolling back and reinstalling NVIDIA drivers. Battlefield 6 having issues with lag/rubber-banding even with good stats on pc?
Hello! I have been having issues with lag/rubber-banding. To the point where the game is un playable. I was unfortunate where I accidently left the launcher on past 2 h so I couldn't refund it. I have since tried playing the game and trying many different things to solve it to no avail. I play with 15-20 ping. I have all graphics on the lowest and performance boost. I have checked my internet connection and it looks good. I did not have any issues with the beta. I did play it on EA though and not steam. The smaller game modes work just a little bit better but I can't play my favorite Conquest! Things I've Tried: I also went into BIOS to fix so that my DRAM is at 3200htz and not 2400 as it was originally. It was the common solution for the "TN" (Time-Nudge) issue, and it did not work! I tried uninstalling all of the HD-texture DLC packs, and the other DLC packs not needed for multiplayer. I have tried moving it from my SSD that doesn't have Windows installed. Updating all hardware components. FPS cap at 60fps. Turning of some of the low latency and "boost" settings in case they create the issues. (I tried with all of the "performance enhancing" settings on and off. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing. PC Specs: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900 @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz) 32,0 GB (31,8 GB usable) --- (2x8GB and 1x16GB, could be the issue idk) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 1 TB Kingstong SSD 2 TB Kingstong SSD Platform: Steam My internet Speed test result: 314.7 Mbps download, 311.0 Mbps upload, Latency: 8 ms, Server: Hamburg, "Your Internet connection is very fast." Something I will try and get back to you guys with the result is to remove one of my RAM sticks, I have 3 right now and I have now been informed that most PCs and applications do not work well with more than 2 RAM sticks. It creates instability. It could be the cause of my issue, I have never had a issue like this even on any other game. Even BF 2042. I should be able to run the game on 16GB RAM until I have gotten a new 16GB RAM stick that is exactly the same and so I only have two but still 32GB RAM in total. If this doesn't work is there any way to get in contact with a professional to have a call with to screen share maybe? Best Regards A sad Battlefield fan 😭 UPDATE: It was having three RAM sticks that was the issue thank god! I am happy that it wasn't another mystery issue! For anyone who like me, missed this vital information. Your PC may be able to function on mismatched RAM or more than two, BUT IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Because your PC will be very confused and probably work okay mostly but then when you use a RAM dependent program you will have issues. Make sure to have RAM in pairs, (IDK if its okay to have 4 of the exact same or not, I wouldn't try it). Make sure its the same speed, size and model number to ensure that they work properly! Connection to server timeout error
Hello, since noon I haven't been able to connect. I keep getting this message. I've tried many things: flushing DNS, changing my DNS settings, reinstalling anti-cheat software, and checking and fixing corrupted files with Steam. I play BT6 on PC using my Steam account! Does anyone have any ideas? After the last update, I open the game, go to a match (breakthrgouh) and on the end screen as it loads the next, closes/crashes to desktop. I relaungh it, the same. This happens 5-6 times in a row now, today, after I launch it for first times after the patch. Graphics up to date. My graphics settings all to low. I have the g memory needed.
