I cant unlock the a10/su25
I have surpassed the requirements to unlock both vehicles but It does not let me unlock. it isnt a short term thing i haven't been able to unlock it since both vehicles came out back in june-july 2022 this happened with me unlocking the Bradley when that originally came out but it resolved in a roughly a week. Both jets haven't resolved. im on windows 11Can’t play Russia On Coop in 2042
So i’ve been playing bf2042 for a while and before i was fine leveling everything up and now i can’t level anything up on the russian side and it kinda frustrating when i only get the us over and over again and i don’t want to play public cause people just hog the jets and helis so i barely get to fly and i would enjoy if this is fixed. thanks have a great dayInformation about the matchmaking algorithm
Good morning everyone, I wanted to ask a specific question to understand certain choices in the game. I wanted to know the logic behind the matchmaking algorithm. As far as I'm concerned, such an algorithm should seek optimal team balance, but its choices often leave me very perplexed, and so I don't know what to think. PS: I opened a similar thread in the Italian forum, perhaps criticizing certain choices made by the algorithm, and I never received a response, so I'm opening a thread here too to understand what to expect from each matchmaking process.Account Banned after compromised Appeals Denied Despite Proof Of Hack
Hello Hopefully EA Community Managers, I'm writing here honestly as my last resort to request a manual person and not a computer or AI to re-review of my case. My EA account was recently compromised, and although I successfully secured it with the help of an EA support agent, my account remains permanently banned due to the actions of the hacker. Here is the precise timeline of events: 3-13-2026 My account was unauthorizedly accessed into and for the next few months I had no Idea. the account received a Warning around that time and was uneventful up until last month. Within that time they were able to link a Twitch account and a PlayStation account within my EA account which I stated on the original case I do not use or even have accounts registered for. The hacker most likely used a different Ip address or region from where I usually log into. 5-21-2026 I contacted EA Help after trying to log into Battlefield after a week of not playing but come to find out my account was banned, so I did some research and found out my account had multiple warnings, suspensions, and finally a ban. so I filled out a case appeal, proved my identity, and the support advisor helped me secure my account and update my security credentials, However, they were not able to help me with the case of the banned account 5-21-2026 The account was banned due to Terms of Service ToS violations committed while the hacker had control. there was nothing I could do at this point. 5-26-2026 The second appeal decision about the ban was denied so instead of filling out a final appeal because after three appeal decisions the case is closed for good I left it where it was 5-21-2026 & 5-223-2026 I have submitted two formal appeals providing evidence of the security breach. Both appeals were denied, seemingly by an automated system or AI, stating the ban will stick. I only play Battlefield on this account and have a long history of fair play all the way back to 2018. I can prove my legitimate location, previous purchase invoices, and the date the security breach occurred as long as backed up data from steam confirming my playtimes and such. if possible, could a Community Manager please help flag my case number #249318403 for a senior ToS advisor to manually review the login IP history? I just want to play Battlefield on my rightful account again. Please and thank you for your time. Hi, I downloaded a update that was 384bytes big. not megabaytes. Maybe yall had it. when i started Bf2042 it said my Datas wasnt readable and damaged. i could go into game but my saves were gone. so it showed up like i played it the first time. hope somebody got the same problem fixed and could help :) (Im german so the Screen is in german)
Error Player Removed From Game
Whenever I try to join any game, I get this error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I've updated, repaired, and uninstalled the anti-cheat. None of it worked. I can't join any game modes or portal servers. Is there no solution? [Edit: All caps removed from title - ElliotLH]
Dice!!! separate 128 and 64 player mode !!!! (Like this for EA attention)
Please consider separating the 64-player and 128-player Conquest playlists again in Battlefield 2042. Ever since the playlists were merged, many players have lost the ability to consistently play the experience they actually enjoy. Some players prefer the large-scale chaos and epic battles of 128 players, while others prefer the more tactical and focused gameplay of 64 players. Both experiences have their own unique identity, and forcing them into a single playlist reduces player choice and overall enjoyment. Battlefield has always been about offering different ways to play, and giving players the freedom to choose between 64 and 128-player modes would greatly improve the experience. With Battlefield 6 on the horizon, please don't forget the dedicated Battlefield 2042 community that still actively plays and supports the game. Bringing back separate playlists for 64 and 128 players would be a highly appreciated quality-of-life change. Thank you, DICE, for continuing to support Battlefield 2042.Customization disappeared.
For a while now my rewards for upgrades aren't showing up in loadout and I can't customize anything... anybody got a fix? Pretty frustrating to say the least. I've tried ea support and some ai generated "fixes" none of which has worked. I'm on an X Box 6 console and am at a level 72 in the game. Don't remember what level the problem started at. Click on a lobby and starts to load and then freezes up and its been like this for a few weeks now. I play another game because I dont want to go through the aggravation of closing it and restarting it. Everytime I go to play it just freezes. Any ideas to fix and I'll be glad to play.ban
Last night after the servers crashed I closed again today at 3pm o'clock, and I was at work and I got it, can you check why I got banned, it's incorrect I don't use anything, can you check, I'm not a pro, I don't want it and I'm not interested, I'm playing in the evening for a beer with guys for fun, I could make another account but it doesn't seem right, I paid and then my account was blocked for nothing.kynu88

Hi, I've been not able to be seen online, nor can I do party joins, etc or join my friends, either. I don't know what to try next. I've done EA App re-installation, game repairs, etc, nothing is working for me? Is anyone else experiencing this? It really is another disapointment in the game to me as now I can't even get on same game let alone get paired up with him on party to even get to play. He's ready to quit this game. I'm not, if I can get this problem figured out. Any advice is welcomed. Ty. 😁
Connection issues
I would contact EA support but its for some resson impossible to get a human agent... Issue: Persistent Mid-Match and Lobby Disconnection Loop Error Code: 1:4688822970:-4685921B (Battlefield 2042 on PC) SUMMARY OF LOCAL TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED: Launcher Update & Cache Flush: Upgraded the legacy EA App to the modern platform framework (Blue Icon). Manually cleared the %localappdata%\Electronic Arts and %appdata%\EA Desktop cache folders to force a sterile launcher environment. Total Game Purge: Completely uninstalled Battlefield 2042 and manually deleted the physical installation folder to clear any corrupt legacy files. Completed a 100% fresh, clean download of the game assets. Manual Game Cache Deletion: Manually located and deleted the local game cache directories on the system storage to ensure no corrupted files remained before launching. I have also done the classic turn off and on. Does not work. Its not a networking issue because all my other programs funcion. Thanks for understanding
[BF2042][Steam] Visual Bug at end of match score screen
All of my characters use other than their various standard costumes. As Crawford i had died after succesfully destroying an enemy vehicle, so switched to wait as Blasco on the overview map straight afterwards. Match ended in meantime. During score screen or end of match credits, neither my Blasco was shown, nor Crawford with his white desert costume. Crawford weared one of his standard costumes as seen on this attached screenshot. I do recognize as this visual bug has appeared for quite a time yet.[BF2042][Steam] Sound issues, DirectX update (?)
Hello, since a few days in BF2042 there appear random sound errors and issues in official matches. Using the Sennheiser IE600 in-ear headphones, by random events left and right becomes reversed, mixed up, either left or right muted and mostly scratching and lagging noises. it is highly confusing in-game and heavily impacts gameplay in negative. i have already cleared all available cache in Windows 11 Pro as well as any cache in various many BF2042 locations and directories as well as DirectX caches, especially also in various (and hidden) BF2042 directories. and have deleted all game settings and locally stored cloud files .. everything i believe a DirectX update to BF2042 causes these heavy and random sound issues in-game in BF2042, no where else happening. if i had to guess due to my latest experiences, ducking or sliding randomly causes this. i also hear false enemy footsteps, they appear at locations where enemies are not present, but maybe had been just a few seconds ago while being out of line of sight .. about the particular DX update, BF2042 has officially received the "D3D12Core.dll" update to version 1.4.10.0, to be found inside "..\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042\x64". so i think this particular DX update causes these sound error as mentioned already. please fix this.
