Please reverse the account termination for BF1
Hello EA Support, My computer was under repair from October 28 to November 5, during which time I was unable to use it. Therefore, I downloaded Battlefield 1 on my friend's computer and logged into my EA account. It is possible that the account region was changed during this period, leading to unusual activity. I did not use any cheats or hacks and sincerely hope you can unban my account.YHHHF1237 hours agoNewcomer22Views0likes1CommentEA Play Subscription Purchased on Steam
I purchased EA Play for a year at a discount in february and after i download a game on steam it doesn't work when launching from steam or EA Play. The game crashes at the anticheat start-up but then it does this verify game files process and it does nothing. I've reinstalled it and reverified the files before launching and after downloading a game like Madden 26 it shows up in my ea library but BF3 just gets stuck on downloading PnkBstr and doesn't show up in my ea library. Old games like dungeon keeper gold edition work though! I also filed a ticket on steamE-Zclor-_-2 days agoSeasoned Newcomer28Views0likes1CommentBattlefield 1 [TUTI] operation

It has been TUTI for like 6 months so far and 12 out of 15 servers are TUTI while the other 3 are private servers where admins bann everyone for no reasonfeldo905 days agoNewcomer23Views0likes0CommentsAnyone know if BF1 save files can carry viruses that might infect my computer?
Hello, here's the situation: my friend and I use the same Steam account, not Family Sharing. What happens is that I log in when I play, and my friend logs in when he plays. A few days ago, my friend's computer got a virus. After getting the virus, he played the single-player campaign of Battlefield 1 and uploaded his cloud save. Then, when I played, it automatically downloaded the save that had been played on my friend's virus-infected computer onto my computer. I was unaware and played the single-player campaign for a while, which means I loaded the save that had been played on my friend's computer after it got infected. I want to know if the virus (since I don't know what specific virus it is, let's consider all types of viruses) could affect the save file and cause my computer to get infected. Please help! Below is my save file and my friend's save file. Can you help check if there's a virus? Thank you! Do you want me to release the archive to see if it has a virus? If needed, I can send a link.ywaddy5 days agoRising Newcomer25Views0likes0CommentsBF1 DLC maps cause server crash – error code 0 and game freeze
PC STEAM Hello EA team, I would like to report a critical issue currently happening in Battlefield 1. When I try to join a DLC map server, the server crashes immediately. All players are kicked out at the same time. After that, if I try to re-join the same server, I get an “error code 0” message. Then I either cannot go online, or the game crashes entirely. This issue is happening on almost all DLC map servers. Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.MrNobody_1023_27 days agoSeasoned Rookie43Views0likes3CommentsJavelin Anti-Cheat turning off my interface
Like the title says, the anti-cheat keeps detecting my audio interface as a cheat so it keeps causing it to bug out and eventually makes the audio stop working and messes with my microphone settings. I'm using the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th gen. If anyone can update the anti-cheat in any way to stop this from happening. It's been happening since the anti-cheat was updated for Battlefield 1. I have to relaunch my game because of this issue.52Views0likes4CommentsCan't Play Battlefield Hardline Campaign
Hello, Last year I had an issue where when trying to play Battleifeld Hardline through Steam I would get a message saying my EA account wasn't linked to the proper Xbox account. I had played a couple of chapters through GamePass PC but cancelled my subscription. Support tried to help me with this by getting me to link and unlink my Xbox account and then unlink it again but it ended up locking me out of relinking for 6 months. They told me to contact them again once the lock was done. Fast foward to now. I decided to try and launch the game and see what happens and if maybe this online server shutdown might make that message go away. I didn't get the Xbox account message this time but now it's just locked into an infinate "Lauching Campaign" bar on the Battlelog page when going to the campaign tab. It also seems to make the EA app unresponsive. I've tried reinstalling through Steam and cleared the cache in the EA app but it does nothing. I tried looking for a way to send a support ticket but can't find it anywhere and the AI Help Bot is no help. Any idea what I can try next?Inferno1411 days agoRising Novice285Views0likes17CommentsBF1 All multiplayer items missing

So I just booted up battlefield 1 after a few months of not playing and got this error: I did some digging, and after the hell that was navigating the ea support ai bot, I finally got connected to somebody real. They quickly redirected me to someone else: I was then connected with another person, who then redirected me to a final person. After trying initial troubleshooting things I had already tried (like checking firewall etc) they said this: Which I thought was asinine. Other people have clearly had this issue, its not a new bug. The forums all say reach out to EA and they can fix your account. When I asked what I should do if it still doesn't work in a few hours, they recommended me to this forum page: As you can see, this is a fix for Battlefield 3, not Battlefield 1. It will not help me, so I pushed back: To which they replied, like a hallucinating LLM: I just want to launch the game man. I really wanted to avoid making a forum post here because it'll probably lead to circular customer service hell, but hoping someone has a fix. I'm out of ideas (and it seems EA as a company is too)1nv3nt0r13 days agoSeasoned Newcomer57Views0likes0Comments- X33N3X13 days agoSeasoned Newcomer432Views1like1Comment
I'm looking for friends to play BF1 with.
Having fun and laughing is great, you can use your mic to chat or talk on the in-game message board. It's boring playing in silence when you don't know who to talk to, and it would be even better if the game didn't have hackers, hahaha.srayutHypersonic15 days agoSeasoned Newcomer69Views1like2CommentsPurchase/Starting the game problem
Hello, I recently purchased Battlefield 3, but I am experiencing an issue when trying to launch the game. It prompts me to enter an activation code, and when I do, I receive an error message saying that I am not connected to the internet—even though my connection is working properly. I have already checked my internet connection and restarted both the game and my computer, but the issue persists. Because of this, I am unable to activate or play the game.dalkacbaby16 days agoRising Newcomer118Views0likes3CommentsBF1 occasionally freezes entire PC
As the title says, occasionally when I play BF1, the game slows down visibly almost to a freeze. This slowing down is applied to the entire computer, and actually closing the game doesn't resolve the issue. I have to reboot my entire PC for it to run normally again. It's not a big problem, as it occurs say only once a month, but it is odd. My PC's fans don't speed up, and BF1 is the only application this happens with. This and the fact that closing the game doesn't fix it, makes me think that it is anti-cheat related. Anybody out there with the same issue, and perhaps with a solution? My PC's specs are: CPU: AMD 7600x3D Mobo: MSI Tomahawk B650 DRAM: Corsair 32 GB 6000 Mhz DDR5 Expo GPU: RTX 5070 12GB (drivers up to date) PSU: NZXT gold 3.1 850W SSD: (2x) Samsung 990 Pro 1TB NVMe Display: (2x) 24" Iiyama 1080p OS: Windows 11 Home (& Linux Mint on 2nd NVMe), Secure Boot enabled on both OS's42Views0likes0Comments
