Need help
I am an Asian player, but due to frequent DDOS attacks on the BF1 Asian servers, the gameplay experience is terrible. Therefore, I have to play on the EU servers. I also purchased a network accelerator for this, but my ping still remains between 130-150ms. One day, my account was banned for 'Game Enhancement,' which completely baffled me. During the exact timeframe of the ban stated in the email, I was not even at home and hadn't turned on my computer. I would like to ask: is high ping considered a form of cheating now? There are no servers all of a sudden??????
Hello, my name is Alejandro and I'm from Chile. I've been playing BF4 on PC for months and always on Brazilian servers. Today I wanted to play and in the menu there were no Brazilian servers at all, however there were US servers but it is not that good for me to play on those servers because of ping and lag... wrongfully banned
Hi EA_Rtas, I know this isn't the right place for this, but I tried to send you a private message and it kept getting stuck. I'm really desperate for help. I was wrongfully banned on Battlefield 1 on July 16, 2026. I have never used any cheats or third-party programs. I believe it is a false positive from the anti-cheat system. I already submitted an appeal through the official channel but only got automated replies saying the decision is "final." I am simply asking for a real human manual review of my case. My BF1 account is banned
I am a new player who just got into BF1 not long ago.😔 A few days ago, my Battlefield 1 account was banned by EA on the accusation that I used cheating programs to boost gameplay. In truth, I have never used any cheating tools whatsoever. I believe the ban was triggered for two possible reasons: I play the game both on my home computer and at internet cafes. The billing software installed on café computers was likely flagged as a suspicious process by the anti-cheat system. Besides, I switched proxy nodes to get a lower ping, which may also have been mistaken for cheating activity. These are the only explanations I can think of. My K/D ratio is quite low, which is solid evidence that I never cheated. I sent in my first appeal recently, yet it was rejected outright. I am totally confused and have no idea what else I can do. I hope the EA appeal team can understand my situation and my sincere plea. I genuinely adore Battlefield 1. Despite my poor stats, I deeply love the game and its community. I can't play BF3
When i try to start the game from the EA App, google pop up with battlelog, when i click on launch campaign, another pop up shows asking me to launch and login in the EA App that is already open and logged. Hey! Im wondering if there is anyone here who can help me to be able to play BF2 again like we did when it came out. I have a CDKEY, I know I need to have BF2hub and the right patches ect, but when I did all that and tried to play an online game, i just got disconncted pretty fast and the game closed. And according to BF2Hub, it said I didnt have a CDKEY registerd. But the problem is, I have ZERO clue what to do haha. Missing Online Access
After I played Battlefield 1 at an internet cafe, my online access for this game was blocked. I cannot find any violation records in the penalty log, and Battlefield V and Battlefield 6 on the same account still run normally. Is there any way to resolve this ban? Battlefield 4 wont show servers in a client
Today i faced with problem - when i launch bf4 via app (steam version) i cant see: - servers in a browser feed - no favorites - no history (screens attached, translatations "games havent found/found no games") I tried logging via Battlelog and its worked, which is funny 'cause for the last month this method havent worked. This could be a stupid idea and I am certain they won’t probably listen to me, but I take the risk I would like to suggest adding an unrestricted noclip camera option to Spectator Mode in Battlefield 1. One of my favorite things about Battlefield 1 is how beautiful the maps and environments are. I enjoy exploring games and looking at details that most players never get to see. I like taking screenshots, admiring the scenery, and seeing how game worlds are put together behind the scenes. I know this may sound a little unusual, but I would genuinely enjoy exploring beyond the map boundaries. I would love to look at the distant mountains, fires, billboards, trees, and other background scenery that players normally cannot reach. Even seeing low-detail models and textures is interesting to me because it shows how the world is built. I have explored map boundaries and out-of-bounds areas in other games before, and I always find it fascinating. It gives me a greater appreciation for the work that goes into creating these worlds. Battlefield 1 has some of the most beautiful maps I have ever seen, which is why I would love the opportunity to explore them more freely. I have also reached the maximum level in Battlefield 1, and while I still enjoy the game, I often find myself wondering what lies beyond the barriers. A noclip option in Spectator Mode would give players like me a new way to experience the game. Because this feature would only be available in Spectator Mode, it would not affect gameplay balance or provide any unfair advantage. It could also be useful for screenshots, cinematics, videos, and content creation. I know this is probably a niche request, but I hope you will consider it. Battlefield 1 is an amazing game, and I would love the chance to explore every part of its world, even the areas that were never meant to be seen.
