BF4 - Error - An error was reported from EA Online
When I try to connect to some servers I usually admin on. 6 of the 10 servers I admin for I cannot connect, each of them giving me this message at the bottom of the page. I usually join / launch through EA battlelog, however, If I try to join the same servers directly through BF4 the game I get a different message...."You are not allowed to join since to you or your third party member have been banned from this server". I've discussed the issues with Snr AE51 Admin and they too are stumped as to the cause of the issues. EA brainiacs, can you shed any light on what has been faultless connections for over a year plus been an admin for that same period. I used to play normally for a long time and I once had a match where I got over 100 kills. That data is very old. Now when I try to play again, every time I join a server—even with good ping and green connection or nearby servers—I get kicked by a bot/anti-cheat system showing messages like “Bot Auto Kick” and “banned by BFEAC”. I want to clearly state that I have never cheated or used any third-party tools. I was always playing fairly and normally. I am currently unable to join any servers even though my account and connection seem fine.Solvedabodemud7 days agoSeasoned Newcomer97Views0likes2CommentsOld account that was hacked or lost repeatedly
Is there any way I can get my old account reactivated? Gave up trying to retrieve it so I created a new account around November/December of 2024 after losing original account. I was coming up on 3000 hours, with a K/D of 2.48 I think. Anyway, the account name was Daichi Muri. I've been getting this error since 3 days now. It was perfectly working before and now it doesn't get me into the game. Every other game, even Apex works fine. I have Fiber internet connection which is faster than required speed for the game. So far I tried: -Reinstalling / Repairing Battlefield 1 -Flushing and repairing my connection settings in Windows -Updating Ethernet and GPU Drivers -Enabling UPnP -Cleared EA App cache and did a clean install as well AND Even buying the game from Steam again!!!! None of these worked! Please help! I'm going insaneSolved118Views0likes4CommentsStarting game problem about BF4
I'm currently unable to launch BF4 normally. It doesn't work whether I try through Battlelog (web) or the EA app. Every time I try to start BF4, after the loading screen it just kicks me back to the EA app's main interface without launching the game. The only possible trigger I can remember is that I force-closed BF4 once because it got stuck while loading a server. After that, I haven't been able to get into the game at all.Solved163Views0likes6CommentsI m so sad
Dear Customer Support, I recently purchased the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, but I have realized that the item I bought does not appear in my game library. After checking, I found out that what I actually purchased was only the DLC , not the full game. I tried to request a self-service refund, but the system does not allow DLC refunds. Therefore, I am writing to ask for your help. My order number is 1007633157621. Could you please process a refund for this purchase? I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, [skunkawa]Solved83Views0likes1CommentAssistance With An Account Ban
I purchased and started playing Battlefield 1 in May 2025. My account has not used any cheats or violated any terms of service, yet it has been permanently banned. I do not understand why the EA support team would penalize a law-abiding player by accusing me of violating the rules. I have never used cheats or exploited bugs. I was simply playing normally on a computer at an internet cafe. Of course, I could afford to buy the game again, but this account carries a part of my joy and serves as a witness to the bond between me and my friends. I just cannot bear to let go of these memories. I bled fighting the Emperor's army in Fort de Vaux; I resisted the English-speaking invaders at Cape Helles; I fought the Tsar's army on the Volga River. I simply love this game. I am asking for my account back, which was banned perhaps simply because I was too poor to own a PC and had to play at an internet cafe. What is my crime? Was it playing this game? I stake my life on it: I have not violated any rules (my friends were equally shocked when they learned of the ban). I just want to relive those happy times. To whoever reads this request, as a fellow gaming enthusiast, I beg you: please help me. I just want my account back.SolvedEriwnAlfred17 days agoRising Newcomer74Views0likes1CommentI cant log in my old account
Hello, I got an error when trying to log into BF1. I thought the problem was with my EA account, so I disconnected it from Steam, logged out, and then logged back in (I don’t remember if I used the same email or a different one). Then I realized the issue was with my internet connection and fixed it. However, right now I can only log into the game with a new Battlefield 1 account. I had a lot of items and a lot of effort invested in my old account. Is there any way I can reconnect to my old account?Solvedtheanar17 days agoRising Newcomer86Views1like3CommentsBattlefield 1 Operations on Xbox Map Issue
So on Xbox Battlefield 1 there is a complete lack of maps, Gallipoli is the only Operation rotation available there are no Kaiserschlact or Conquer Hell servers able to be played on. You also can't rent an Operations server on Xbox either. Only Conquest.SolvedCaseyElectabuzz27 days agoSeasoned Newcomer529Views10likes22CommentsBF1 won’t launch through Steam/EA app
Hi everyone, I’m having a weird issue with Battlefield 1 and I’m hoping someone here has a solution. I’m playing the Steam version on Windows 11 Pro (25H2). When I press Play in Steam, the EA app opens like normal, but then I get this message: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.” The game itself never opens. Steam shows it as running for a few seconds, then it just stops. The strange part is that BF1 was working fine earlier on 10 April. I played through the campaign. Later that same day, I was going to play with a friend, and from that point on the game refused to launch. Things I’ve already tried: - Restarting my PC - Verifying/repairing the game files - Reinstalling the game - Logging out of and back into the EA app - Clearing the EA app cache - Checking my internet connection - Updating drivers/system software - Doing a clean boot based on the EA troubleshooting steps - Deleting and reinstalling the anti-cheat I’ve also looked around online and tried the solutions I could find, but none of them have helped. None of that made any difference. A few extra details: - I don’t get any extra error code, only that message - Battlefield 4, which I also launch through Steam -> EA app, still works fine - My friend can launch and play BF1 without any problems - I’m in the EU region So right now this seems to be affecting only BF1. If anyone has run into this before or knows anything else I can try, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.SolvedSwift_Delivery121 month agoSeasoned Newcomer124Views0likes1CommentAccount Recovery - Linked Steam account compromised
My Steam account was recently hacked and then recovered. However, the person who stole it changed the email address of my linked EA account. I no longer have access to the EA account associated with my Steam profile and I cannot play Battlefield 1. I have my Steam purchase receipts and original account details ready to prove ownership. Please help me update my EA account email to my original one. I can't even play at all, I'm on Battlefield 1 and it says "You have lost connection to the EA servers". And I can't even load into a server without having that issue, and if I do get into a game it lasts 3 minutes before kicking me out. I'm using ethernet with 400 mbps down and 360 mbps up. This is not an issue with my ISP, I can play every other game just fine, but the moment it comes to a Battlefield game it will NOT let me play. Edit: Moved thread to Battlefield forums. -CMSolvedtwinkkmaxxing1 month agoNew Rookie210Views0likes5Commentsbattlefield 3 doesn't launch
After switching to windows 11 battlefield 3 won't launch. I tried reinstalling the game and changing stuff in the files with some fix tutorials and still nothing. Any tips? The game won't launch through steam, desktop icon, ea launcher or battlelog. In the broswer on the battlelog site it says this communicate (photo) and continue button kind of restarts the whole process and shows it again with nothing going on. It's just stuck on the browser (doesn't matter which one i'm using) and nothing :/Solvedb31EK1 month agoNewcomer411Views0likes3Comments
