Battlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games. "Why did this happen?"
"This issue occurs when I try to launch Battlefield V from the EA app："Game failed to launch. A platform error caused the startup failure. Please try again later. OK" I have tried "restoring the app," "reinstalling the app," reinstalling "Battlefield V," and deleting the EA folder in the C drive, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.
Battlefield Anti-Cheat Crash Issue (BF1, BFV, BF6)
Dear EA Support Team, I am experiencing a serious issue across multiple Battlefield titles on my laptop: Battlefield 1 Battlefield V Battlefield 6 All games Crashes after splash screen: I have already tried the following: Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Ran both the EA App and game executables as administrator Verified game files Disabled background apps, overlays, and third-party software Updated all drivers and Windows Despite this, the problem persists. I believe the issue may lie with the anti-cheat driver 📌 System Information: Laptop HP-Omen 16 Operating System: Windows 11 Pro CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-13700HX (16 cores / 24 threads, up to 5.0 GHz) RAM: 32 GB DDR5-4800 MHz (2 x 16 GB) GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4080 Laptop GPU (12 GB GDDR6) TPM 2.0: Enabled I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate and advise on a solution. Hi, while waiting for the bf6 launch I decided to revisit bfv on my new gaming rig. It is an rtx 5090 with 9950x3d playing at 1440p. Sadly when I enter advanced settings I cannot find dxr or dx12 toggle. I have the latest win 11 version, cleanly installed latest nvidia driver, reinstalled both the game and EA app and checked dx12 status with dxdiag. Dlss is greyed out. Anyone else having the same issue or any tips?
If you have a problem with the BF5 game then don’t play it or don’t buy it?
That’s your opinion ok! It all started out with BF5 when it was really bad. But overall BF 2042 was the #1 worst game in the franchise! If you are having a hard time understanding me then, I could fix it myself. I have a small ENG like it’s Problems like autism ok, it’s one of them too. My English it’s more American and British.
Hacker DDoSd Me or Game Crash?
Playing Breakthrough – I went prone to adjust a key bind setting. Meanwhile, a teammate dropped prone across from me, almost as if to say: "Seriously? We’re defending and you’re lying there like a lazy sack of…" I finished tweaking the setting, hit Esc, and resumed play. Immediately afterward, my game crashed. Now I’m wondering — was that just an unlucky, random crash after I changed a key bind, or did my teammate somehow DDoS/crash me? Further details: OS and Game installed on NVMe System ran fine for several games beforehand Specs: CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K @ 3.60 GHz GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz (2×16 GB) Storage: 2 TB WD Black SN770 NVMe Gen4 SSD & 480 GB CS900 2.5" SATA SSDBATTLEFİELD 5 online problems
first of all hello i'm having online problems in battlefield 5 game i can play in story mode when i log in to the game without internet but when i log in to the game online after 2 minutes i don't know why i just connect to the internet and log out of the game when i log in but i'm not having problems when i play without internet and that's why I can't play online PLEASE HELP
Problem with Firestorm servers connection
an unnamed company is illegally creating Firestorm servers and banning players through a third party program and this is unplayable. I hereby ask you to immediately ban the creation of servers outside of the game, otherwise it can be challenged in court and I would win
Games Won't Load Past Splash Screen
I have tried every single method out there claiming to fix the issue for Windows 11 users but here I am, not able to load the game for whatever reason. I purchased BFV thru the EA store on the App if that matters. I'm currently installing BF2042 (sad days) on Steam so we'll see if that works. Anyone know any solid, concrete fixes? The EA App opens but doesn’t launch the game. The EA Anti-Cheat installer shows these errors: -"Could not start EA AntiCheat Service. Error 87: The parameter is incorrect." -"DownloadManifest failed error 12029:209 and 5:203" I’ve tried the following steps: -Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat -Cleared EA App cache -Verified game files on Steam -Disabled firewall/antivirus temporarily -Reset network settings and DNS Still no luck. Please help resolve this or advise further steps. Thanks
Battlefield V Game Server Connection Problems
I am having a very frustrating problem playing Battlefield V in that I am unable to connect to the Asian servers with the DICE logo. This was very frustrating for me because I had been able to join and play these servers before. For this reason, I tried many solutions. 1. I checked my computer's network settings and reset my Windows system; 2. uninstalled and reinstalled the game, thinking that maybe the game files were corrupted; 3. replaced the router and even switched to a new ISP. Surprisingly, none of these methods worked. I even went as far as getting a new computer to completely fix the problem, but the problem persisted. I contacted EAHELP and they said everything is fine with my account. Now I'm really confused and don't know what else to do. I want to enjoy the game on the server like I used to. I really hope I can find a solution soon. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this problem!
Game suddenly crash & exit.
Hi, I recently re-installed battlefield 5 and saw this anti cheat update asking me to install it. So I did what it says. After launching the game, there was no problem and I felt like wanted to play war stories single player. After the loading cutscene, the game suddenly crash and exit the game. Please Help! 1 new discovery is that the existence of BF5 which prolly include javelin, is making my other game impossible to launch such as GTA 5. When I deleted BF5, GTA 5 can run normally. EA what's goin' on? are you guys providing us safety or virus???
