Battlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games. Battlefield Anti-Cheat Crash Issue (BF1, BFV, BF6)
Dear EA Support Team, I am experiencing a serious issue across multiple Battlefield titles on my laptop: Battlefield 1 Battlefield V Battlefield 6 All games Crashes after splash screen: I have already tried the following: Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Ran both the EA App and game executables as administrator Verified game files Disabled background apps, overlays, and third-party software Updated all drivers and Windows Despite this, the problem persists. Hi, while waiting for the bf6 launch I decided to revisit bfv on my new gaming rig. It is an rtx 5090 with 9950x3d playing at 1440p. Sadly when I enter advanced settings I cannot find dxr or dx12 toggle. I have the latest win 11 version, cleanly installed latest nvidia driver, reinstalled both the game and EA app and checked dx12 status with dxdiag. Dlss is greyed out. That’s your opinion ok! It all started out with BF5 when it was really bad. But overall BF 2042 was the #1 worst game in the franchise! Playing Breakthrough – I went prone to adjust a key bind setting. Meanwhile, a teammate dropped prone across from me, almost as if to say: "Seriously? We’re defending and you’re lying there like a lazy sack of…" I finished tweaking the setting, hit Esc, and resumed play. Immediately afterward, my game crashed. Now I’m wondering — was that just an unlucky, random crash after I changed a key bind, or did my teammate somehow DDoS/crash me? I have tried every single method out there claiming to fix the issue for Windows 11 users but here I am, not able to load the game for whatever reason. I am having a very frustrating problem playing Battlefield V in that I am unable to connect to the Asian servers with the DICE logo. This was very frustrating for me because I had been able to join and play these servers before. For this reason, I tried many solutions. 1. I checked my computer's network settings and reset my Windows system; 2. uninstalled and reinstalled the game, thinking that maybe the game files were corrupted; 3. replaced the router and even switched to a new ISP. Surprisingly, none of these methods worked. I even went as far as getting a new computer to completely fix the problem, but the problem persisted. I contacted EAHELP and they said everything is fine with my account. Now I'm really confused and don't know what else to do. I want to enjoy the game on the server like I used to. Hi, I recently re-installed battlefield 5 and saw this anti cheat update asking me to install it. So I did what it says. After launching the game, there was no problem and I felt like wanted to play war stories single player. After the loading cutscene, the game suddenly crash and exit the game. Please Help! 1 new discovery is that the existence of BF5 which prolly include javelin, is making my other game impossible to launch such as GTA 5. When I deleted BF5, GTA 5 can run normally.
