I have never cheated or used any hacks, macros, or third-party tools. I am a legitimate paying player who has spent over 100 USD / 600 RMB on weapon skins. Hi everyone, It feels like a complete waste of effort. No matter how many times I try to explain my situation, all I get in return are cold, automated, copy-paste responses. It is incredibly frustrating and leaves me completely speechless. Does EA actually care about its community, or are we just shouting into the void? I’ve been trying to appeal a false ban that my friends (XZG1949101, wdnmdblyeat) and I (TX-Wkey) received nine months ago after playing in a private ROG booth at an internet cafe. As a software engineering student nearing graduation, I even explained the technical likelihood of a false positive in that environment. Hi everyone and EA Community Managers, I am writing this post with a heavy heart to seek help regarding an unjust ban on my Battlefield V account about six months ago. We tried appealing before but got nowhere. Now that I’ve heard about the new Anti-Cheat team, I am sharing our story here hoping for a real human review. Six months ago, my two friends and I were playing Battlefield V in a private ROG booth at a standard, legitimate internet cafe. The next morning, we woke up to find our accounts banned. I truly, deeply love the Battlefield series, and I have absolutely no motive or reason to cheat. If you check my account, you can see I own Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, Battlefield 2042, and Battlefield 6. As a die-hard fan, why would I ever do anything to ruin the game I love? EA Anti Cheat / game crash
For a few weeks now I have had trouble joining or being kicked from BF5. Firstly started with joining game from my Nvidia app, then Steam had issues so I could only join BF5 from EA app. Then after a while I started getting kicked from game. I would join a server on multiplayer and within a minute or so it would crash and take me straight back to Desktop. I tried EA app recovery, integrity of files on Steam and multiple reinstalls - nothing worked. I have also searched and tried umpteen fixes from these Forums and YouTube videos and finally put in a ticket at Nvidia because I thought the problem originated there in beginning. After many to and fro and dxdiag files etc One fixed they said to try was with Easy Anti-cheat. So I deleted it and reinstalled manually ( as recommeded by EA ) and for 1 day everything worked normal. Lauched game from Nvidia app and played fine. But as soon as I shut down my PC and boot up to play the next day, same old problem. I checked Windows secure boot and it is enabled and have just done a Windows Fix. Again problem still here. Has anyone had the same issues ? Or know of a fix ? I really don't understand EA Anti cheat. I read about multiple players having issues across all sorts of games yet every game I play on BF6, BF5, HLL etc I still come across cheaters and hackers. So whats the point in the program ?
