Wrongfully Banned for “Match Cheating” on College Football 26 Ultimate Team
I recently received an email stating that my account was permanently banned from the online portion of College Football 26 for “Match Cheating.” I’m really confused because I’ve never cheated, used exploits, or done anything outside of normal gameplay. I’ve only played Ultimate Team the way it’s meant to be played. I’ve spent quite a lot of money on this game and on EA titles in general, so this is really disappointing and concerning. I take fair play seriously and would never risk my account by doing anything suspicious. I’m hoping someone can help me understand what triggered this ban or review it more closely, because this feels like a mistake. I’ve already submitted a ticket through EA Help, but I haven’t gotten a response yet. I just want to make sure this gets looked at by a real person instead of the automated system. I am having trouble receiving rewards
The last two days I faced a problem with the Argentinian players missions after completing them as I did not receive the full SP which is 6000 but rather I received 3000 The next day I completed the missions of the Ultimate 2 live event and did not receive the packs What should I do ?how did i lose please help
i was play CFB RTG and i have the ball down by 3 with 12ish seconds so i kick my field goal i go on happy its going into OT, i put a perfect kick my opponent picks it up on the 5 yard line. then he takes a knee ready for over time for it only to say i lost. i was so confused do you lose if you tie now is it a glitch please i deserve the win.(i have photo proof to).Ultimate Team - JARDIN GILBERT
Psn- yournottemp when I try to click on the card “JARDIN GILBERT” it takes me out of ultimate team and into the main menu. It’s causing me problems because I can’t apply abilities on him nor sell him because when I press on the card it’s an error and takes me to the main menu. I’ve been trying to sell this card as he’s the only one having this problem, other people are having this problem too. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is anyone else having this problem??! error : our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.Coin Flip in dynasty
So ive noticed that when you first enter a new dynasty mode, you win the coin flip every time on the first overtime game you play. Then, EVERY single other time, i’m not exaggerating… you lose the coin toss. This stuff is fishy, and i want answers EA. The odds of a coin toss are 50/50 obviously… why do i continue to lose… this is no coincidence
How do they keep getting away with this
Imagine a company that makes the same product for decades and they still get it wrong. I really don't understand how these heaping piles of absolute garbage get released every year. Every year we as fans and lovers of the sport give it a chance every year and it sucks. You cover up how good it is with stupid gimmicks that no one even wants and then that doesn't even work. Why don't yall produce something actually worth spending my money on that i go out everyday to get while yall sit on your butts and say, "eh, it'll do". EVERY. YEAR. i know im repeating myself here but I really don't understand how yall have been making the SAME EXACT PRODUCT FOR DECADES and it still isn't right. If any other company did that, they'd go under. But, EA doesn't care. Madden and college football is for their light bill and that's it to them. They're just gonna keep shoving the same terrible game down our throats cause they have a monopoly on the football video game world. I genuinely feel as though the heads of Madden don't listen to or care what the actual fans and people who play the game have to say, its all about what the suits and ties want. I'm sure this goes against some kind of rule cause they don't want something negative on there period but its time we say and do something about this. its ridiculous at this point. im so tired of these inconsistent games with nothing but bs. im gonna throw for 350 yards and then get taken out of the game automatically weather i want to or not and then i fail my challenge of needing 400+ yds for really no reason. cause i was too good, im getting punished. increases the difficulty just increases the chances of ridiculous things that shouldn't happen, happen. how does that make any sense. The clock does whatever the hell it wants to. every player has the awareness of a smushed peanut unless its the defender when you throw the ball or try to get out of the pocket. then theyre the greatest lineman or db in the history of the game. it takes 10,000 hours to just get to the next screen no matter what youre trying to do. and this is just the tip of the iceberg. now i can't even start the game on the cloud through my xbox app, I have to go through the website and play it on a freaking web browser. there's more messed up things than things that actually work and its considered a success. then EA gets influencers that they pay to only say good things about the game to make it look better and its honestly disgusting. fix your game.I can’t press start !!
Ever since I got the game, I’ve had little bugs here and there, but now it has gotten to the point where I can’t even play the game. This is the only game, including CFB 25 that where I’ll be in the middle of a game and it’ll just turn off like it will just turn off my entire system. It does not make any sense and it’s very irritating. I have updated everything and I can confirm that this is the only game I’ve ever had. This happened to me in my entire life and even till this day I’ll play any game for hours but I’ll play CFB and my system will suddenly crash now it’s gotten to the point where I can’t even hit the start button at the main menu to open the game. I have restarted my system several times I have closed out the game several times and still nothing this is absolutely ridiculous. Either I would like a refund or at the very least fix the game so I’m able to play.We have players purposely desync games to get wins when losing
I was playing squad duos and we came across two Xbox players who was making my wifi spike the entire game in the last 2:00 of the 4th quarter we were up 7 points and he got a defensive stop to win the game all of a sudden me and my duo was disconnected from the game there accounts are [Removed - EA_Barry] Ea support this is not acceptable please ban these playersError - Ultimate Team - The Sphinx - Riddle #4
For some reason, I am unable to play The Sphinx Riddle #4 ultimate team challenge. Every time I select it, then go to play solo, an error pops up saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” It’s been a day or two and I continue to get locked out of the ultimate when attempting to finish the challenge.Dynasty deletes recruits
I run an odd offense that is combo smashmouth and spread. I need fullbacks to complete the smashmouth portion. Every time I select a prospect and start recruiting, the game deletes the player from my prospect list. I’ll select the player desired, start scouting, and offer a scholarship. I save the recruiting and then play the next game. After i advance to the next week I check my recruits and the fb is always gone and i got to do it all over again. Very annoying.Can't play ,"there was an error retrieving your currency balances"
Like title says, I'm getting a frozen screen with the message, " there was an error retrieving your currency balances". No idea why I'm getting this error, I bought the game when it came out last summer. Been playing it in dynasty mode for a year now. When this pops up I can't do anything, can't even change game modes. Really annoying, can't play the game I bought and no one to contact for help. Why is it so hard to just play a game you bought.
I have been kicked out of back to back championship games in UT squads.
Honestly this needs to be fixed. Me and my teamates get kicked out of 2/3 games in squads and nothing ever happens. I never get compensation and ea help says the same bs on repeat. a little compensation would go a long way in believing this company would ever change.Cheated Out of Natty Packs
I was playing my National Championship (Campus Legend tier), blowing-out my opponent at halftime. He comes out in an onside kick, doesn't recover it, and I "conveniently" am immediately met with a message saying I've been disconnected from the EA servers. My Xbox remained connected, my phone, my computer, all other devices in my home were never disconnected. There was never a dip in my internet. Either EA's servers went bad on me, or my opponent booted me off the EA servers. Either way, I was cheated out of my three National Championship packs (and I believe a Victory Formation pack as well, not to mention the "loss" on my record, but that I care slightly less about). I've provided undeniable proof (clip of the event attached) of me being cheated out of what I earned. I contacted EA support, and had at least two hours wasted. The guy blatantly lied to me, saying that he was "about to give me the packs, but my supervisor stopped me." I'm here, asking for a community manager to help me obtain the rewards I earned.
