Squads gauntlet Desync
I was 4-0 and got a desync on squads gauntlet which gave me a loss even though my squad won the game and I stayed in the lobby . After a legit loss I was then forced out of the first round. My squad and I continued to their 10-1 finish while I’m stuck at 6-0 in round 2. I should have the 300,000 coins and 3 national champion packsI can't access my cloud save files
I've been playing dynasty for the last seven months. After I close the game, I open it back up and hit dynasty-then continue. Now when I do this it takes me back to a save that was made on January 5. I've restarted my console plenty between then and now, and I've even seen the auto save icons loading within the last two days. How do I get access to these cloud save files. I've tried to contact support, but they kept transferring me and not helping at all. I play cfb 25 on an xbox series S. My internet has also been reset multiple times and every other aspect of online works on the xbox.
Controller Disconnect
Had anyone ever came up with a solution to the controller disconnecting issue? Mine continuously disconnects. Pretty much unbearable to play. I only play on franchise. It's just CF25 that does it. All other Xbox games don't do it. Didn't happen in menu. Tried multiple controllers. Same result. Can this be fixed?Lagging like crazy
When I’m playing online vs other players the game lags horribly almost stuttering. It’s affecting how I play and it’s not cool because I’ve had to quit 6 games in a row since the lag was literally that bad and that counts towards my record so I’m technically 0-6. Every time I try to advance week on my dynasty league it is giving me an error message “your league has been unloaded due to server issues. Recent changes may have been lost. I have been playing EA Games for a while with no problems. Just this Monday all of a sudden none of my games will connect to the EA Servers. Both for games on EA Play and games I purchased in full on my xbox. I have Xbox Gamepass ultimate and confirmed the account is active. I worked with EA Support and they confirmed my EA Play is active. But I still cannot connect to the EA Servers. Please help, this is my third post regarding this and I really want to play the games I paid good money for.Cannot connect to the EA Servers?
No matter what EA Game I am trying to play, it tells me the EA Servers are unavailable, or that I have been disconnected from EA Servers. Same on CFB 25, Madden 25, Battlefield 6. It doesn't matter. And I confirmed with EA I have an active EA Play subscription. And my xbox Gamepass ultimate is up to date and active.Wrongfully Banned for “Match Cheating” on College Football 26 Ultimate Team
I recently received an email stating that my account was permanently banned from the online portion of College Football 26 for “Match Cheating.” I’m really confused because I’ve never cheated, used exploits, or done anything outside of normal gameplay. I’ve only played Ultimate Team the way it’s meant to be played. I’ve spent quite a lot of money on this game and on EA titles in general, so this is really disappointing and concerning. I take fair play seriously and would never risk my account by doing anything suspicious. I’m hoping someone can help me understand what triggered this ban or review it more closely, because this feels like a mistake. I’ve already submitted a ticket through EA Help, but I haven’t gotten a response yet. I just want to make sure this gets looked at by a real person instead of the automated system.
