Falsely banned for cheating on CFB 2026
Dear EA Support/Community Managers, I was banned on August 10th, 2025 from playing College Football 2026 online for Playstation 5. My EA account is TheShanezi. Per the email notification from EA support, I was banned for cheating. However, I am confident that this is a mistake. I have never cheated on this game. I play College Football Ultimtate Team Mode 99% of the time and I play duos or squads with friends, and solo seasons by myself. While the game is competitive, I have never resorted to cheatng, and this is a mistake flagged by EA's system. If you review my account you can see that I have never won a national championship in Duos or Trios online. I play competitve with friends, and I always accept my losses when an opponent out plays me. Furthermore, I have been an avid fan of EA games and have been playing college football video games since 2003 as a small kid. This is my favorite game of all time and I am disappointed to see I was banned for cheating when I have never cheated on this game. I want to continue playing the video game and receive my college football ultimate team account back. Last, I have reviewed and read over the user-agreement for EA, and I confirm that I am abiding by all regulations and stipulations set forth in this agreement.

Coach Suggestion Playbooks Show the Same Plays
When creating a custom playbook, the "Coach Suggestions" section in-game always present the same pool of plays, regardless of your star ratings/selections in the "My Gameplan" section in the custom playbook menu. Obviously, spending lots of time on creating a custom playbook with unique ratings for the coach suggestions, and then for it not to work is quite frustrating. Let me know if I can provide any more details! I've tried raising and lowering the adjustments, even going as far as having several plays at "100" or "5 stars" and the same 15 plays appear for each situation (1st down, 2 & long, etc.).,

system crash due to power outage
MyPS5 system sent me a message that it was shut down by a power stopage (received message from power that there werw rolling blackouts due to severe thunderstorm-I didn't get an outage). When I went back into CFB26,I discovered that a system crash had coruppted my game files.Sfiles were miss-ing,some files had parts that had disappeared,& Ino longer had afuntioning copy of EA Sports College Football26.I went into the game file and deleted the whole thing, since it was now useless. Now I want to know if I can get a working copy of CFB26 from EA or if I will have to re buy the game.again.

HELP!!!
I’m trying to access my line up and early access challenges on ultimate team. Every time I try it gives me an error saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”. I CANT EVENT ACCESS THE MODE I BOUGHT THE GAME FOR lmao. pls help

Ultimate Team: Servers Cannot Process
The error began after quickselling some cards in My Items, but now I cannot start a head to head game because it says my lineup is not set, but when I try to edit the lineup, or start a challenge I get the error message saying the servers cannot process the request, and it crashes out of ultimate team. Have restarted the game a few times and the error has persisted. On top of that several of the CFB25 crossover cards did not migrate over, which I understand is a common problem today.

Ncaa 26 football download error code
I'm having a issue i baught the standered then got it refunded this morning then baught the deluxe and it still says 2 days and the ea trial won't download as well error codes on both.
