Custom Conferences Issue
I play using Nebraska and for the past two years now, if I move Nebraska from the Big Ten to the Big XII and go into scheduling it lists Iowa as its last game of the season. I know they are "rivals" but so are Nebraska and Oklahoma and they don't appear in the schedule. I can regenerate the schedule multiple times and that still doesn't fix it. Please help to "unlock" this so that when you move a team from one conference to another it gives a player an appropriate schedule based on that new conference rather than leaving a single game from the old conference. This was never a problem with NCAA 14 and all games prior... yet it is an issue since 25. Can you please fix this so custom conferences work like they are supposed to? What is the point to custom conferences is prior conference games just continue to remain on the roster? Thanks!Road to Glory bug!
So having an issue with playing Road to Glory freezes when game is done and trying to return to the hub. It just freezes on the road to glory flag before going back into the hub. I have to close game and turn off PS5 and replay the game and it may work, but most of the time it freezes again in the same place after playing the game. COLLEGE FOOTBALL 27 – REPEATED EA JAVELIN ANTICHEAT CRASH / 0xC000000 I am experiencing persistent crashes in EA Sports College Football 27 on PC. After extensive troubleshooting, the evidence strongly indicates that EA Javelin AntiCheat is terminating unexpectedly and causing the game to close. The problem is highly reproducible and has continued through multiple Windows, driver, security, and hardware/software configuration changes. SYSTEM INFORMATION Computer: Razer Blade 16 – RZ09-0510 Manufacturer: Razer BIOS: 1.08 (UEFI) CPU: Intel Core i9-14900HX RAM: 64 GB Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit Current OS Build: 26200.9278 DirectX: DirectX 12 Primary GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU Dedicated VRAM: 16 GB NVIDIA Driver Version: 32.0.16.1656 NVIDIA Driver Date: August 19, 2026 NVIDIA Driver: WHQL certified Driver Model: WDDM 3.2 Integrated GPU: Intel UHD Graphics Intel Graphics Driver: 31.0.101.5081 Audio: Realtek Audio Codec with THX Spatial Audio Realtek Driver: 6.0.9909.1 DxDiag reports no problems on Display Tab 1, Display Tab 2, Sound Tab 1, or Input Tab. I can attach the full DxDiag.txt report. CRASH BEHAVIOR The crash can occur at different points, but it frequently occurs shortly after entering Dynasty mode and opening Recruiting. In recent testing, the game often lasts approximately one to three minutes after entering Dynasty/Recruiting before abruptly closing. There is generally no useful in-game error message. The crash has occurred during Dynasty/Recruiting, during gameplay, after returning from a game to Dynasty, during startup videos, and shortly after game launch. This makes it unlikely that the problem is tied to one particular Dynasty screen, graphical scene, or gameplay action. WINDOWS EVENT LOG EVIDENCE A fresh crash on August 31, 2026 produced the following sequence. At 11:16:45 AM, Windows Filter Manager reported: File System Filter 'EAAntiCheat' successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager. At 11:18:38 AM, Windows Filter Manager reported: File System Filter 'EAAntiCheat' unloaded successfully. At exactly the same time, EA AntiCheat generated the following crash dump: C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat\Crashdumps\PACKER_277890_15164.dmp Immediately afterward, Service Control Manager Event ID 7034 reported: The EAAntiCheatService service terminated unexpectedly. This same FilterManager unload followed by EAAntiCheatService Event 7034 has happened repeatedly during CF27 crashes. Additional August 31 examples: 11:04:50 AM – EAAntiCheat filter unloaded 11:04:51 AM – EAAntiCheatService terminated unexpectedly 11:11:16 AM – EAAntiCheat filter unloaded 11:11:17 AM – EAAntiCheatService terminated unexpectedly 11:18:38 AM – EAAntiCheat filter unloaded 11:18:38 AM – EAAntiCheatService terminated unexpectedly WINDBG ANALYSIS OF FRESH EA ANTICHEAT CRASH DUMP I analyzed the August 31 crash dump PACKER_277890_15164.dmp using WinDbg. Process: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe EA AntiCheat/Javelin process version: 1.0.27607.0 WinDbg failure bucket: INVALID_POINTER_READ_c0000005_eaanticheat.gameservice.exe!Unknown Exception: 0xC0000005 – Access violation Faulting module: eaanticheat_gameservice_exe Faulting module offset: 0x9F88800 Exception IP: eaanticheat_gameservice_exe+0x9f88800 Faulting instruction: jmp rax At the time of the crash: RIP = 00007ff76b5c8800 RAX = f9647607593d7c70 RBP = 9c8d635d9f532585 The relevant WinDbg disassembly immediately before the crash is: add rsp,3A8h pop rbx pop rbp pop rdi pop rsi pop r12 pop r13 pop r14 pop r15 jmp rax The exception record reports: ExceptionCode: c0000005 Attempt to read from address ffffffffffffffff REPEATED DUMP SIGNATURE This is not the first EA AntiCheat crash dump I have analyzed. Multiple independently captured Javelin dumps have repeatedly failed at the same internal EA AntiCheat module offset: eaanticheat_gameservice_exe+0x9f88800 The faulting instruction has also repeatedly been: jmp rax The absolute process address changes, which is expected due to address randomization, but the module-relative offset remains the same. This appears to be a reproducible failure through the same internal EA AntiCheat/Javelin code path rather than unrelated random crashes. TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY PERFORMED I verified the College Football 27 installation through Steam. I reinstalled/repaired EA AntiCheat. I tested clean launches and different portions of Dynasty and gameplay. I disabled common overlays. I ran DISM and SFC Windows repair procedures. The Razer Blade BIOS has been updated to BIOS 1.08. I have tested multiple Windows builds. The current build is 26200.9278, and the crash persists on this build. I tested Memory Integrity/HVCI disabled. I tested Virtualization Based Security disabled. I tested the Windows hypervisor disabled. I tested Virtual Machine Platform disabled. During that test, HypervisorPresent was confirmed False. The crash continued. These Windows security settings have since been restored to their normal configuration. I tested Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling disabled. The crash continued. ExpressVPN was completely uninstalled. Its expressvpn-pkf and expressvpn-ovpn-dco kernel drivers were confirmed absent. The crash continued. The Intel XTU kernel component was isolated. The service is XTUComponent and the actual driver is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\iocbios2.sys. The driver is Intel Corporation Intel(R) Overclocking Device Driver version 7.12.0.18 and has a valid digital signature. XTUComponent was set to Stopped and Disabled, and the system was rebooted with iocbios2.sys not loaded. CF27 still crashed. The Razer Control Device / RzCommon was disabled for an isolated test. RzCommon was confirmed Stopped while RzDev_02b7 remained running. The crash continued. RzCommon was restored afterward. I did not remove RzDev_02b7 because it participates directly in the Razer Blade keyboard and mouse HID stack. NVIDIA Broadcast and NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device were disabled. The nvrtxvad_WaveExtensible and nvvad_WaveExtensible drivers were confirmed stopped after reboot. The crash continued. They were restored afterward. NVIDIA Platform Controllers and Framework was disabled. The device was ACPI\NVDA0820\NPCF and the service was nvpcf. After reboot, nvpcf was confirmed Stopped. The crash continued. The device was restored afterward. The Logitech LampArray kernel driver logi_lamparray was disabled and confirmed Stopped. The crash continued. It was restored afterward. SUMMARY Across all of these tests, the EA AntiCheat/Javelin failure has remained essentially unchanged. The crash has reproduced with and without VBS/HVCI, with and without the Windows hypervisor, without ExpressVPN, with Intel XTU disabled, with Razer Control Device disabled, with NVIDIA Broadcast and Virtual Audio disabled, with NVIDIA Platform Controllers disabled, with Logitech LampArray disabled, with Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling disabled, and across different Windows cumulative builds. Multiple Javelin dumps continue to fail at: eaanticheat_gameservice_exe+0x9f88800 with exception: 0xC0000005 and faulting instruction: jmp rax The corresponding Windows System log repeatedly reports: The EAAntiCheatService service terminated unexpectedly. FILES AVAILABLE Attached is the complete DxDiag.txt generated August 31, 2026. I can provide the fresh EA AntiCheat crash dump PACKER_277890_15164.dmp. I can provide additional older EA AntiCheat/Javelin crash dumps that show the same failure offset. I can provide Windows Event Viewer logs. I can provide additional WinDbg output if needed. REQUEST Could this report please be escalated to the College Football 27 / EA Javelin AntiCheat engineering team? At this stage, the evidence appears to show a reproducible failure occurring inside the EA AntiCheat GameService process. I have already performed extensive Windows and third-party kernel-driver isolation without changing the failure signature. Most important technical information: Process: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe Version: 1.0.27607.0 Exception: 0xC0000005 Failure bucket: INVALID_POINTER_READ_c0000005_eaanticheat.gameservice.exe!Unknown Repeated fault offset: eaanticheat_gameservice_exe+0x9f88800 Faulting instruction: jmp rax Windows Event: EAAntiCheatService terminated unexpectedly Fresh dump: PACKER_277890_15164.dmp If EA engineering needs additional WinDbg commands run against the dump, additional logs collected, or another reproduction captured, I am happy to provide them.Cannot connect to online game due to version mismatch error.
Attempting to connect to online games (i.e. head 2 head, road to the cfp, etc.) puts me in an infinite wait queue. When attempting to connect to a friend's lobby, I get an error that says "Unable to join the session because not all players are on the latest live content version. Please make sure all players have downloaded and relaunched the game, then try again." I am on Steam, and my friend is on PS5. He can connect to online games perfectly fine, whereas I cannot. I have tried everything, such as reinstalling the game, reinstalling and repairing the anticheat, clearing download cache for Steam, reinstalling and repairing the EA app, trying different networks, and toggling crossplay. No matter what I try, nothing is fixed. I have tried opening a ticket through EA help, but the chatbot has only directed me in circles to the same article that does not fix my issue.
Game Freeze and Crash
Hello: I am experiencing A problem in college football dynasty on PC... I can not make it through a game now without it crashing in the 4th quarter... Why is this not like Madden and if the game crashes... you can pick up where you left off when you reload? I can not complete a game without it failing... its broken and unplayable... Please help,,, and yes i've done basic trouble shooting... did repair option and then it still did it... then uninstalled and reinstalled it and still crashingI Can't wait until 2k can make football games again.
There are so many reasons i could discuss that are pure straight trash about this game, but i am so mf sick and tired of this horse manure game losing connection to the server 3 quarters of the way through a game. Don't tell me its my internet cuz it ain't. Im playing on a wired connection that couldn't get any faster. Its the same pattern every f***** time. I dont have this issue on madden??? Of course, that wouldn't be an issue if you didn't force players to play an online dynasty with their teambuilder teams. The only reason I play this stupid **bleep** game is cuz I love college football so much and I don't have another choice. I don't know how to tag every EA employee thats on here, so maybe someone can do it for me, but I need all of you to convince your bosses to break the deal with the ncaa and allow 2k to develop a cfb game. Please just do us that favor.
I'm tired of troubleshooting this cursed game
I can't play my dynasty because I chose cloud instead of local. So now when the game crashes, it doesn't save my game progress at all whereas in Madden 27 in my offline franchise, it at least most of the the time saves my game in progress. Anyway, I uninstalled the latest Nvidia drivers using DDU, installed Nvidia driver 610.74 from July 7, 2026. This game and Madden 27 still crashes. I don't want a refund at this point. What I would like is to get an Xbox version for both CFB27 and Madden 27. But we all know EA won't do that.
Dialogue options softlocks game in RTG
During Road to Glory, a "College Exam" prompt appears (icon shows a graduation cap/books on a blue background), but the screen underneath is completely blank — no questions, no answer choices, nothing rendered. The bottom of the screen shows "Select" and "Select Answers" prompts, but there is nothing on screen to select. The game is fully unresponsive — no keyboard or mouse input does anything. The only way out is to force-quit with Alt+F4. Because the save auto-saves into this state, I can no longer continue this Road to Glory save at all — it just puts me right back on this same blank screen every time I reload. Happened twice now on this exact "College Exam" screen. I've also had what seems like a similar softlock once before on a dialogue-choice screen (blank screen, no options, had to force-quit), though I'm not sure what triggered that one. So this might be a broader issue with option/choice screens not loading rather than something specific to exams. Ever since the August 6 update, my DualSense wired controller has stopped working as soon as I reach the main game screen. Any input from the controller, button, d-pad, or stock, results in the gray EA flag and a "Rebuilding Environment" message in the lower-right corner. I have tried running in admin mode, updating BIOS, Steam Input enabled/disabled, verifying game files, reinstalling the game, as well as switching to a wired XBox controller, all without any luck. I have been playing the rivalry games on cfb 27 and for some reason I haven't received my flagship cup trophy. After three unsuccessful attempts I have yet to receive the trophy after winning the game with both teams. I unlocked the mascots but still no trophy so it has to be a bug. After a rtg game is complete returning to the hub it freezes there on the flag screen I would have to close the game lose the unsaved game play which mean I have to play the same game over and over multiple times before it work. An there is no indication that it is going to freeze you won’t know until you play the whole game n try to continue is when it freezes. An also it glitches at random moments in the game n I would have to close the game n start everything over again. Is there any suggestion or solution to fixing this. Has anybody had an issue with the draft events in ultimate team running in slow motion on PC/EA App? No other game mode, event, or challenge does this. But the last they had a draft event, it was doing this to me and EA basically ran through some basic fixes that I had already tried and didn’t work. I have a pretty strong computer and graphics card and I figure if it was my pc struggling, I’d notice this in other game modes but it seems to be only draft events.White Screen trying to play on PS5
When I load the game and get to the point to press any button to enter the game, it just errors and says “ can’t connect to the server. There might have been a problem connecting to the network or to our online services.” And just a white screen so I can’t play. I disconnect from the internet, that’s working, and the game loads just fine but when it tries to connect to EA I can’t play the game. Any fixes?Problems on RTG: Xbox
Hello. I’ve been playing for a while after this newest update and RTG is still broken, in fact, moreso. On top of the audio glitch still happening nearly every game, now the transitional camera angles are taking forever. Between plays the ‘select a play’ screen won’t appear for as much as 3 minutes (timed) at a time. As well as the loading screens after games still lagging and requiring a re-launch of the app, wiping the stats and data from the game you just played. I’m in my freshman year as a MLB for Cal and I’ve re-played Pitt 3 times now because the game always crashes with that loading screen. I love the game so far aside from these glitches, and I hope they get fixed soon so we can continue to enjoy the game.
