Please unban my EA account
Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to appeal the permanent ban on my EA account. I understand that my account was banned due to toxic behavior, and I sincerely apologize for my actions. I take full responsibility for what I said and acknowledge that it violated EA’s rules and community guidelines. I want to assure you that this behavior does not reflect who I want to be as a player. Since this incident, I have reflected on my actions and I am committed to maintaining respectful and positive communication in all future interactions. Please remove my ban like Bf6 apex nfs all accounts ban I didnt even cheat for toxicity my account is in permanent ban for 2 months. Please unban me for one last time I wont be toxic. 2 times my appeal also got rejected. I bought bf6 phantom edition I need to play it. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm completely lost right now. The account I used to create my e-mail was an old e-mail that solely existed for my xbox account and then also my EA account, it got annoying after a while so I changed my xbox account to my g-mail and deleted the old outlook e-mail. Unfortunately I didn't realize that it wouldn't also change my EA e-mail, I can still get into my EA account but I can't even connect my phone number or change my user name because EA wants to send verification codes to an e-mail that does not exist anymore. If anyone can help me or help me get in touch with an advisor and get this fixed I might marry you.
Wasn't shown option to buy kit bundle so bought separately, now want bundle
I'm getting really frustrated at this point. I went to buy the new kits today and I had heard mention of a bundle before going to do so. When I logged on, I saw one available, but it was much pricier than I expected ($45, I think?) That's when I saw it included the Royalty and Legacy expansion, which I already own. Thinking the bundle didn't apply to me because of this, I bought the packs separately. Now I see there IS a bundle with just the kits (again, I was NOT shown this earlier before buying both kits, just the one big bundle) and you get bonus items with it. So that means, not only did I overpay, but I didn't get all the items. I'm honestly less concerned about price and more about not getting all the items (I've always preordered/bought bundles and received bonus items before, so it just bugs me I'm missing something.) I tried looking into refunds to possibly refund the kits and buy the bundle after but I didn't see any option to refund them (I've already launched the game to check that the purchase went through, but I haven't really play with the kits yet.) So, yah. Now I'm wondering what my options are to get these items that don't require me to spend another $10, Also, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I have no idea where to post this. I also tried the "Contact Us" button on the support pages but it brings up a chat window that just shows a prompt and gives an error whenever I reply.
Are there still any advisors available at all?
I keep trying to contact support using this form: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ (Which was a pain to find, by the way, I literally had to google it and find a link in a Reddit post) I've switched between reasons and issues but it all gives me the same screen: I am an EU citizen and I want to exercise my Right To Be Forgotten. That issue isn't supported. I've asked to delete my account. Not supported. Tried other reasons: game breaking bug in The Sims 4. Not supported. Can't launch The Sims 4. Not supported. Asking for troubleshooting tips in Spore. Not supported. Asked to view account data. Not supported. More troubleshooting tips in another game. Not supported. Link an account. Not supported. That was yesterday. I'm trying again today, using the chat bot this time. Still no support, not even if I claim my account was hacked, which should be an emergency situation. I'm at my wits end right now. I don't use this account anymore, but it still has all of my data, stored in a vault, guarded by nothing but machines, being carelessly bought and sold with no repercussions whatsoever. And I can't do anything about it because the support team seemingly doesn't exist. I'm going to leave this here and I'm not coming back until at least 24 hours from now. I need to take a break...💀 Just in case: please don't refer me to the help site. I've tried. Doesn't work. Give me an actual e-mail or phone number I can contact you with, or something else. Literally anything but the help site (or Twitter).Code wont send to email.
I haven't been on sims 4 in almost a year now and decided to hop on the game since bugs were fixed. I try to login then it wants to send a code to my email but i don't see a email from ea. followed the forums that led to the live chat bot. only to get asked to put in a email i don't have linked with my ea account, i do so . and it takes me back to the ea help site saying this issue isnt supported .i have most of the expansion pack and kits etc. And i willl not buy more for a new account. i dont know if they're using ai to get people to create more accounts just to buy sets on top of sets of packs but i had to create a account to do this forum. I dont know about you guys but its time we come together for a class action lawsuit because no way we spend thousands on top of thousands for packs and kits etc, and cant get the proper help to play the game we all once loved . its been two weeks of trying ive contacted the sims team on my twitter, tiktok etc . no real responses from company . my email isnt blocking ea its not a full inbox i have receipts of my last purchase for sims and back then it was origin before ea And it was 3 purchases with the same month. i have access to my email for said account i know my my password for said account

I am unable to contact EA. I bought both new kits and the bundle, I misunderstood what I was buying. Since the bundle has both kits, I ended up paying twice for the same content I would like to get a code for the bundle so I can give it to someone else but EA is impossible to get a hold of and when I use the refund tool the kits don't show up. I know EA doesn't usually give refunds and the mistake was mine due to poor vision soI am not asking for a refund just a code so I can give the bundle as a gift.2 step verification not recieving email.
So I've been trying to get access to my EA account to link it to my Steam so I can play on that instead of the EA app. I have all my usernames and passwords, but for some reason, it always asks for a 2-step verification to my email, which I still have access to. I can't find the email anywhere. I have read all the articles its not in my spam or junk, I haven't blocked the account its just not there. Anyone got ideas?EA doesn’t care about there consumers.
So I just got a pc and got the Xbox pc game pass (which comes with ea play), I go to download Jedi survivor from ea and it just won’t work at all. Doesn’t want to download. I’ve cleared cache from ea 4 times now and still nothing. I’ve look at videos from 4 YEARS ago with this issue…. The fact this is still an issue legit shows they do not care about us at all. If an ea person comments back can you explain to us why the company is blatantly showing disregard to there consumers? This is disgusting tbh. Also to an ea employee ever since the saudis bought yall do you even care about us anymore?
wrong steam account accidentally linked to EA account
Hello everyone, My daughter accidentally linked her Steam account to my EA account. Unable to restore the link betweeen my personnal steam account and my EA account because of a 6-month delay thing.Consequences are that I cannot play with my SIMS 4 DLC's from steam store and from EA store at the same time. I can prove that I have access to the linked Steam account and the one I want to restore. But the support. The technicians in the support chat can't help me and don't want to escalate my case. I purchased an EA Play subscription yesterday through the Epic Games launcher. Before this, I didn’t have an EA account. My expectation was that installing a game from the subscription via the Epic Games launcher would either: - Automatically create an EA account linked to my Epic Games account, or - Allow me to create an EA account and link it during the process. However, when I tried to download Mass Effect Legendary Edition (and other games), I was redirected to the EA app, where I encountered the following error: “There’s been an error. Try resetting your password and restarting your game. You can now close this window.” I reset my password multiple times (since I had to create a new EA account from scratch), but the error persists. No additional windows or options appeared, and I still couldn’t link the Epic Games launcher to EA. As a result, I manually created an EA account and tried again, only to face the same error. When I contacted EA support, they informed me that my Epic Games account is already linked to a different EA account, one that I’m not aware of. Strangely, this linked account doesn’t appear in the “linked accounts” section of my Epic Games profile. I reached out to Epic Games support for clarification, but they stated that their support team cannot provide any data from my Epic Games account. This leaves me stuck in a frustrating loop where I can’t access or manage my subscription properly. I’ve paid for the subscription but can’t even process a refund. Could you help me resolve this issue? I’d like to either: Unlink the unknown EA account from my Epic Games profile, or Properly link my new EA account to my Epic Games subscription. Refund my subscription.
