Please ban the zens on NBA 2k26
Zens/devices are completely ruining the game. If you guys can fix the zen issue and make the game fair play for everyone on 2k26 people win percentages would be more accurate. There’d be less issues between players. We can all tell who is cheating. Why can’t you? The real individuals that put time and effort into being good at the game get no validation. Also we should be getting more recognition since we put so much time in. People have been cheating, rep glitch boosting, all kinds of things on this nba 2k26 game and nothing ever gets done. What’s the point of having a ranking system and leaderboards if you’re going to allow cheating to happen….. please just ban all devices that help you shoot better. It is not fair that people can use these scripts to cheat everyone out of wins constantly on the game. It’s not always one person cheating sometimes it’s multiple. So played the game, didn't enjoy it. Tried going through livechat support for a refund - nil help. Asked a question about EA's great game guarantee which the rep stated he couldn't provide details as it was a "security risk" which is ridiculous. Then ended the chat prematurely because when asked if we can escalate the issue to someone who can help. Unacceptable honestly. Game time on the app says 2hrs and 3 minutes. Between loading and trying to find a server to play, there's no way actual playtime is above 2hrs. Yet when you ask their support chat, they are super unhelpful and clearly stick to their script and wont actually escalate any issues. First, a warm greeting ... a greeting filled with love from my heart and the hearts of all Syrian gamers who grew up playing this company's games, starting with FIFA 98 and Battlefield 2 ... I don't want to make this message too long, especially since I've already posted two messages on social media about this topic at different times... and I'm addressing this message to the decision-makers at the company, not just the technical support... I know, and all Syrian gamers know, that the company has no ill intentions towards us; it's simply following the rules, and the ban imposed on our country is a result of sanctions, which we can understand. However, the reasons for this ban have disappeared... I remember my childhood days when I used to gather with my friends in a small room and have what we call a LAN party playing Battlefield 2, even with the original copies, Even now, my friends and I, and all Syrian gamers, own EA games, whether Battlefield or FIFA, in paid versions, simply because of our love for the company and its games, despite the difficulties we face due to the ban, driven by our love and passion for experiencing this company's games... To the gentlemen in charge of this matter The ban in place in Syria... I implore you to reconsider this matter, especially now that the sanctions and their underlying reasons have been lifted. For many years, we have been loyal to this company and will remain so. Using a VPN deprives many Syrian players of the full experience. I hope my message reaches those concerned. I'm having to do this again because EA deleted my last one. Think I don't know because it just disappeared anyway. E, A if u seeinI i want to speak to a higher authority, or at least to have a simple conversation. I'm gonna have to talk to u guys in person. Anyway, day of the ban i hopped on apex went to the store to check it as a regular person would do, i jumped in the range after that testing how good my aim has gotten by comparing it to the video i made when i started 1 or so ago, i went afk for a bit because i went to watch yt came back hopped into a game before even getting the chance to land, i get kicked in my head "probably just my internet acting up" nope it was the most random perma ban every i appeal they send a email back saying i was cheating, keep in mind the ban was for gameplay enhancements, anyway they said the did the right thing, i appeal again same sentences but i include a part saying can i see what may have cause me to be banned or why i have, no response the same email but including 'We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures" now i havnt seen why i was banned and i can say ong i didnt cheat but EA give me a reason why ive been banned/what i coulde done to get banned otherwise im just gonn amake a new acc and play on it until im back at the same level and kills i was and if i dont get a proper response im gonna visit u california, redwood city to ask why and what happened in ur minds. Like if ur not gonna show me why I've been banned, at least make it temporary or something. Hello. I purchased EA Play Pro on 17/10/25 and paid via checkout with PayPal pay in 3. I received an email confirming my pay in 3 setup. Then, I was charged by EA for the full £109.99. So, I contacted PayPal, assuming it was an issue with their Pay in 3. They then closed a case in my favour, refunding me the £73.33 I shouldn't have been charged yet. Then, 2 weeks later, I received an email from EA to tell me I had been issued a warning for PAYMENT FRAUD and you had cancelled my membership. I contacted support, who were really unhelpful and told me I had to dispute the case. I did that, and then it was rejected with a generic response which didn't make any sense in context. So I contacted support again. They tell me they can't do anything and I have to just reappeal. They also tell me they can't refund me the money I am missing £36.66, and if I do go via PayPal to recover it, you might ban me. And then I won't be able to play the numerous games I have bought. I have appealed again since and it just gets instant declined with no explanation. It seems completely irrational. Customer support can only give the same preset answers, and told me id have to post on the forums... At the very least, EA holds 36.66 of my money it is refusing to return. So I hadn't used my account in a few months and when I started Battlefield V through Steam I got a message saying my account had been banned. I tried logging in in the EA page but my email didn't appear as an existing account. Weird. So through the app which had the account logged in I checked that my email was one that I do not recognize. I submitted a help request under "If you can't access your account" but I don't know how much does it take for an answer or where is the answer sent since the account is linked to another email. So, my other EA account was banned when a hacker got the login info for it and changed the email associated with it. It took me forever to get even an ounce of help from EA and their staff. When I did the guy helping me did find the account and switch it back to the correct email. Then promptly close the chat with no other info. What the problem is when they ban an account they leave no way to get help on it like none at all even if it’s not your fault. You can’t get on forums. The worst part is you can’t live chat with an adviser. Now they also have closed every single case I have opened with no email back after 2 weeks. Hello, I’d like to request an official clarification on EA’s child account linking policy. EA’s account system allows the creation of child accounts under a parent’s supervision. These accounts have an EA ID but no independent email or phone credentials. My question is simple: Can such EA child accounts be linked to games (for example EA SPORTS FC Mobile), or are they intentionally restricted from linking due to EA’s internal policy? I got banned on 8 accounts already 1 steam and 7 EA accounts.. Fisrt my main account was banned which I had since 2008 lmao.. Zero penalties no history of anything. Then my second account which I had as a backup since 2012.... Again no penalties zero.. Ban reason "Game enhancements" TOS viloation. WHAT violation? What game enhancement? I really don´t understand. I had to make several new account just to be able to enjoy the game for a little at a time to join in up with my friends.. I appealed the ban once-no response. Appealed again (since okt-14th) Got denied.. Backtracked my email and had a message about a compromised password which also showed EA in the list. Maybe account was hijacked to cheat.. Explained that I since changed my password recovered the account and did 2-step verification. Still denied my appeal. They might have banned my HWID or IP I don´t know. Bought a whole new beast of a PC just for BF6 lol... Guess I need a new motherboard or something at this point... I will keep appealing I swear.. I spent almost a full day trying to get an account issue fixed where it said my account was blocked. That got fixed, now I play a few games of BF6. Come back next day it says my account is banned. I go to the Penalty History and it says: No history You have no violations or appeals on your account. If that’s not right, make sure you're signed in to the right EA Account. I submitted an appeal per the website instructions which that appeal was closed with no response or details as to why my account was banned. I tried to open another appeal and the web form says the operation is not supported by an EA advisor. I try to open a different case and it sends me to self-help and to contact an EA advisor. There is no way to create a case, and no way to phone or chat with an EA advisor and the support site just loops to contact an EA advisor to not supported by EA advisor. This is the worst customer support ever. I purchased the full game on Steam, but play the battle royale on EA app and I cannot access either and no way to contact support. How do I file an appeal and get my account unbanned? Or I will dispute the credit card charge on Steam and get my money back.
