I’m convinced they just don’t care

My account was banned in *Apex Legends*. I’ve submitted appeals twice before. However, the ban wasn’t lifted, and when I tried to submit another appeal this time, too much time had passed, and I could no longer file an appeal through the Penalty History tool. After looking into it, I found that I should submit the appeal via the web form. I’m referring to the article “Why can’t I see my penalty in the Penalty History tool?” posted on this site. https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/#why-can%E2%80%99t-i-see-my-penalty? I completed steps 1 through 3, but step 4, “Email us,” does not appear. I clicked “Submit” once to see what would happen, but even now, two weeks later, I haven’t received any emails. Access to EA account ONLY through Steam Link, NO access to email attached
As the title states, I have access to the account via my steam account being linked to it but i have ZERO access to it using Gmail at all and have no access to the Gmail i used to create it. But it has a link to my current and active steam account I still have access to, what do i do? Can i unlink the Gmail and relink it to the email of my steam account? My original Microsoft alias was permanently deleted years ago and cannot be restored by Microsoft. EA verification codes are still being sent there. I can verify ownership through purchase history and linked accounts. Please help me change the email manually. EA Customer service said I will get a pop-up on the PS5 to change. Tried this 5 times. Nothing works. Very frustrating customer service doesn’t have more tools for this problem. I have send several proofs this is my account. So you know when you have an account issue, you need to talk to a person, you get stuck talking to the world's crappiest AI bot, and you get no answers? That's me right now. I need to ask an account-specific question related to a dead email that houses ALL of my sims content. HOW do I open a ticket / Case? The AI chat bot only leads me in a fun circle about: "What's the problem? Yeah? What's yer name? What platform? Yeah? Here's a link to some irrelevant information. Did that help? No? What's the problem?" Rinse and repeat. If I ask it how to open a case, it says: "In order to answer that, tell me about your problem," and the above cycle begins endlessly. I have two accounts: one my sister plays on: (this one) and one I play on (the one I can't get into due to 2-factor authentication and a broken email.) I need to file a ticket / open a case. No, I don't want to call a heckin' phone number due to my limited hearing, so please don't respond with that advice. I just wanna know how to open a case via the EA site / email / some written format. (I imagine 4,322 other people do as well.) Thanks for helping whoever reads this!
