Need Help: My 240Hz Monitor Is Stuck at 60Hz on PS5
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on. I recently bought a new gaming monitor that supports up to 240Hz, but whenever I connect my PS5 and try to play FIFA, the refresh rate seems to be capped at 60Hz. I’m not sure if this is normal for FIFA or if I’m missing a setting somewhere. It’s a bit confusing because the monitor itself is definitely capable of 240Hz, so I was expecting a higher refresh rate in-game. If anyone has experience with this or can point me toward the correct settings or a helpful guide, I’d really appreciate it. Any advice or links would mean a lot. Still no game code
So I still dont have my game code from the survey I did , reading all the posts it seams like alot of people are in the same situation as me but then also alot of people have got the codes , I am tired of endless pointless emails to EA help , they are worse than useless and should take the word HELP out of the title , it's really annoying and disappointing that a big company like this can treat its customers this way and dont want to help or seam to care about the problem .zisos27 days agoSeasoned Rookie73Views1like2Comments- 17Views0likes0Comments
Can we have this addressed please EA - many questions are to be asked!
I would like to address that I have been patiently waiting for over 20 days for a code to be emailed to me, as I completed the survey on November 8th,as soon as it came out, and I completed the survey and chose FC26 as my code of choice. I then saw that in my original survey email it was going to be 10 days from survey ending, which should've been November 29th, as the survey closed on the 19th. When I checked the forum to see if others had recieved their codes, I saw some people recieved additional emails saying that they would recieve their codes by December 3rd at the latest, and that any delays would be communicated - I never recieved that email to say this, and then I came to check if people had received their codes yesterday (Dec 3) and some people did, and they completed the survey at the same time as me. I am still yet to recieve my code after all of this time and the lack of communication, and I understand that it is a privilege on its own to playtest, however I find it weird how people have received their code but myself, along with some others that haven't, and I would ideally like an explanation as to why, due to waiting this long - to me this seems like EA have screwed up, as I've also seen that some people requested the Ultimate Edition, but recieved the Standard Edition, but I have been waiting to play FC26, and held out from buying it for Christmas, as I thought I'd have gotten my code by now. I would really, really appreciate it if the admins read and give me, along with others a full explanation as to why some people like me haven't received our codes yet EA_Vendcera I get you may be very busy but please consider this as myself and others are wondering why this is the case and would like answers as soon as possible, as it is the 4th of December and it is a day after you said that all codes should be distributed.
