Hi EA, BigBoy here! 👋🎮 Just wanted to ask a quick question regarding Battlefield. If there are new maps coming in future updates, will they actually be properly tested by players before launch? I’m talking about things like map balance, spawn points, performance, bugs and general gameplay. It would be great if the community could help test new maps before they go live, rather than us discovering all the “surprise features” on launch day. 😂 Just curious what the process is for testing new maps before release. I was giving a redeem code for the EA SPORTS FC27 closed beta, after applying the code redeem. The code was “successful” however it never started the download. EA Playtest sign-up link not working
Hi! Yesterday I received an email with a link to sign up for a new playtest. When I clicked on the link it just took me to my EA playtesting homepage and there weren't any playtests listed for me to sign up for. Can someone please assist? Thanks! Closed Beta Access Received Too Late to Provide Proper Feedback
Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding the closed beta access for FC 27. I received my beta invitation on August 22nd, while the testing period ends on August 25th. This gave me only two days to test the game, which is extremely insufficient — especially considering the number of bugs, crashes, and stability issues currently present. As someone who plays 5 to 7 hours per day, I still wasn’t able to properly explore the content or provide meaningful feedback within such a short timeframe. A closed beta is supposed to allow testers to identify problems and help improve the game, but with such limited access time, it becomes very difficult to do so effectively. I hope future beta waves will offer more reasonable testing periods so players can actually contribute to the development process. I wanted to play fc27 beta due to me wanting to get my rewards in ultimate team, but when I loaded the game all I saw was the fc news and no games. Hi, I received the code for the closed beta for FC27 which I redeemed on my web browser. It is not showing on my linked Xbox account and have tried looking everywhere in the store. When I try to redeem on the store it says it’s already been redeemed. I have spoken on chat with the EA team and their advice is to go to the Beta code tool but when I select FC 27 it says “this game doesn’t have an active Beta.” So I’m hitting a brick wall on how to access the beta. Dear EA Support, I received an official email invitation from EA to participate in the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta on PlayStation 5. Unfortunately, while the beta was still active, I was unable to redeem the beta code and download the game. I repeatedly tried to redeem the code, but it did not work, and I therefore could not access the beta despite being officially invited. The beta has now ended, but interestingly, the same code suddenly works and I am currently able to download the game on my PS5. However, I am not sure whether I will be able to launch the game or connect to the beta servers. I was really looking forward to playing the beta, so I would appreciate it if you could check whether there was an issue with my beta code or access during the beta period. If possible, I would also appreciate any solution that would allow me to participate, as I was unable to do so due to this technical issue. I still have access to the old email and have revived playtesting a email through there. Please fix this game, I could not play for 4 days until earlier, the second that 2nd offer was put on page it will not save any progress, it keeps saying lost connection, need to restart. I have restarted computer, shut down computer, cleared history and cookies, this is on yawls end there is something wrong with the offers on the page itself. Pogo used to be so good, you could talk to a human and they would listen and fix the problem, go into the chat rooms and c how many people are complaining about this game. Please fix it, we pay to play these games. This is so sad that you have so many complaints and still not fixed.
