Hello guys, I received an email from ea to test a new feature in ea FC 26. The problem the region of the code was wrong. My region is North America (ps5). But they sent me Europe region (ps5). Current issue I’ve experienced since the start of the play test. I’ve created my character and load the Lobby. I received my code for the playtest, and have been trying to access the game since it first started. But every time I try to open the game on PS5 I get sent back to the menu and have to provide a crash report. So it’s been impossible to get on. Hi people It may be some others have had this issue, I've entered the code on series X, followed the steps in game library etc but I have nothing under E or FC or any sign of the play test anywhere. Tried the code again and says already redeemed, I have no idea where the actual game is lol. So 3 days in a row I try to load up the playtest, but it says the playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your email invite for more details when it’s available. My email invite says I should be able to play until the 18th. I have no idea what’s going on.
