E-mail Notification Didn't pop up Gmail
Hello friends! Penguin just need to point out that the e-mails sent from PlayTesting service had no notifications, and for that reason was not seen in time and not responded to. The lack of reply/response to this is not due to lack of interest in performing playtests for nice Battlefield, but Penguin simply had no knowledge about playtest before it was expired due to not being notified by e-mail system. Hello, I’m writing regarding a missing reward from an EA Playtesting survey that I completed on February 21st.I was supposed to receive a game code (F1 25 Iconic Edition), but I never received anything. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time my account was checked and confirmed to be fine. I was told this was a known issue affecting multiple players and that the case was escalated. However, my cases have now been closed twice without any resolution, and it has been over a month since I completed the survey. At this point, I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this, as I’ve been waiting for quite a long time with no outcome. Hello, I was eligible to sign up for an in person play test for Apr 20-23. I was in the middle of signing up, but after I refreshed the playtest page, I was signed out. Everytime i sign in at https://www.ea.com/playtesting it still just says "sign up" so I cannot complete the play test form. Been trying to login to the Playtest site at ea.com/playtesting and it comes up with a Runtime Error. Has happened since 8am EST today and still an issue 12 hours later. Every time I try to claim these items it doesn’t work it says server error. Is there anyway ea can sort this problem it’s been like it a few weeks now and i can’t open packs or do sbcs it’s stalling my progress in the game. URGENT] Over 1 MONTH waiting for Playtesting Survey Code (Feb 21st)
Hi, I am posting again because it has been over a month since I completed the Playtesting survey on February 21st. I have provided all the proofs (screenshots of the confirmation email) multiple times, but I am still waiting for my game code. This delay (16+ business days since the survey closed) is unacceptable for an official Playtesting program. Is there a technical issue blocking the Feb 21st batch? I filled out a survey on feb 21st the minute i got the email for it. It included a game code. I chose battlefield 6 for xbox series x and never recieved my code.
