When are the emails the EA games codes recent game test completion

No gift code for FC26 after game testing
I completed the game testing for FC26 open world and received and email to complete the survey on the 08/11 and was advised to select a game and I will receive a code on a separate email within 10 days. It’s now been 20+ days and I’ve not had the code sent for the game could you please look into this as a matter of urgency as I can see others also haven’t received their game the game requested was FC26 and I would expect this to be the ultimate given the waiting time thanksmacadb4 days agoNew Novice119Views3likes3CommentsAbsolute Cheaters
Please be more careful about cheats, because compared to the fact that I have a rank above 100, people with a rank 1 lower still get hit. This shouldn't be the case. As far as I know, the higher the rank someone has, the harder it is to get hit! This is how the game starts to become like Call of Duty, where nothing matters. So like many people I’m wondering what’s next? There seem to be quite a vast majority of people on here who have taken time to test the game and to put the work in so that we can give our feedback and thoughts on the game. Next we have the issue of the “survey” that was “sent” to us all however so many never received it and the small amount that did have now been rewarded for it. So hence I ask what’s next? URGENT: EA STILL WONT GIVE US OUR SURVEY CODES
Guys, it's been nearly 2 WEEKS! and we still haven't gotten our reward codes from the survey, and I chatted to the support, and it was crazy! It started off with them saying that i wasn't eligible to receive the code when I literally completed the survey the moment it came out and then they put me on a wait for 21 MINUTES just to talk to someone else who couldnt help me and they wanted me to go to the playtesting website to find help but there is NO links to contact anyone from the playtesting team at ALL. This is a sign to say that I don't think any of us will get our codes as long as we don't constantly tell them to give them to us, because EA is a very money-hungry corporation that can't even give the earned rewards to their biggest fans. I'm very ashamed of all the customer service reps and the playtest team who very clearly don't want us to get our codes because this is unacceptable! My key you sent didnt work, in the game it glitches when passing especially a through ball, I theatric of the beginning of your match it glitches when going to live play. I've posted alot of times on this and another forum about the playtest codes and how they haven't been distrubuted. Im fine with them not if the team are having an error, but why cant anyone from the team say. I was selected for the fc playtest from 11/3-11/18 and haven't been able to play since the first day of the playtest, November 3rd. I keep getting the msg that the playtest is unavailable when I try to load it. I even got the survey on the 9th with the free game redemption and haven't done it yet bc I haven't played much of it! I keep trying every day. I got another email with another "download code" for a secondary playtest (11/12-11/15), but it was the same code as before and it still won't load?! I’ve been playing the play test since I got the invite on November 12th and I played for a few hours, however I still haven’t received any survey link or any link to upload my thoughts on the playtest and provide quality feedback about the new game feature. I still haven’t received any emails where I get to pick a game of my choice. Dear developers, Let's start with a positive note: congratulations on your game...nothing to criticize, it's magnificent. Let's talk about the Hardcore player community. We don't have enough content, it's not visible enough, and it's difficult to find. The servers have to be searched for by the player, and if you don't choose the right filter during the search, it's complicated. You offer a few Hardcore matches directly on the menu page, but always only one or two modes, and they are time-limited. Some PORTAL content creators use the word "Hardcore" in their server names even though they aren't actually Hardcore. I also think, after discussing it with my colleagues, that it would be beneficial for this community to display the Hardcore modes in the menu and also include all the existing modes, because currently we're limited to Breakthrough, Conquest, and Rush. Hoping to help with the development of this masterpiece. Vous proposez quelques partie en Hardcore directement sur la page du menu mais toujours un seul mode ou deux et ils sont limités dans le temps. Je pense, aussi après avoir discuté avec mon entourage, qu'il serait intéressant pour cette communauté d'afficher les modes Hardcore dans le menu et aussi mettre tout les modes qui existe car actuellement nous sommes bloqué avec la Percée, conquête et ruée.
