Games Libraries across Mac and Windows should match
I (using Windows app, which is apparently superior in this area) was hoping to play It Takes Two with my long-term partner because we both love games and want to be able to play together even when we're apart. However, he only has a Mac computer (no option to get Windows either, nor should he be forced to because of this), and we have discovered that most of the games available in the Windows EA App are simply not available in the Mac EA App. Which is, frankly, ridiculous! He tried restarting, reinstalling and refreshing his app and still had only a small fraction of the games I can browse, which - importantly - did not include It Takes Two. Adding to the frustration, I can no longer get a refund for this game that has been rendered completely un-playable, as an exclusively two-player game. As an additional aside, while they are bringing the Mac App up to level with the Windows one, they should adjust the refund policy for those games rendered completely un-playable by their own lapse in judgement, including ALL games that are exclusively two-player that are available on only one version of their PC App.Solved64Views0likes1Comment
I can't find my games collection on EA web
Its so stupid and unprofessional I don't see the games I have already on EA app over any web page for pc my account or any page showing the games in my library I already have from the EA store. Unlike the other platforms this site is a fragmented mash I just don't understand the simple fact I cannot see my own games library on my phone and web besides the app on pc. And that is why I'll use the other stores instead where I can see the games collection I already have rather that a shop front all over. Its just insulting to use the store as is, when I can't find my own library and games I have a license for like the many other platforms so I don't feel like using this platform or buying anything on it as is when I don't see what ganes and games addons I have or have not when I use my phone where I usually buy things too.Solved81Views0likes1Comment

I am writing to express my immense frustration regarding the lack of family sharing support for EA Play titles on PC via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. As a paying subscriber to your highest tier service ($22.99/month), I expect the family sharing benefits to be uniform across all platforms. While the "Home Xbox" feature works flawlessly on consoles—allowing my son to play EA titles securely under his own child profile—this functionality completely breaks down on Windows PC. Because the EA App requires a 1:1 account link, my son cannot access EA Play games on his own PC profile. Forcing parents to choose between sharing their adult credentials (which completely bypasses parental controls, exposes payment methods, and overwrites cloud saves) or paying for a second identical subscription is unacceptable for a service marketed around family ecosystem value. Please prioritize updating the PC Xbox App and EA App integration to allow child accounts within a Microsoft Family Group to access bundled EA Play benefits. Moving games to D: or E: etc
My gaming rigs have assorted storage options but the current EA loader cannot do this like the old Origin app could. Some gaming laptops have 2 or even 4 SSD slots. So when one runs out of room I currently I have to uninstall the game to install it elsewhere. The rival Steam loader supports multiple library volumes limited by the C to Z drive letters. SSD capacity for gaming top out at 16TB but prices are butal when it was $4 grand it is now something close to $12 grand. Why do I need yet another app to install more apps and another account to install the installer to activate the installer for a game. So sick of having to have an account and app for every fooking thing. Get your business in order and realize people don't want the bloat. We want streamlined service. Really, what it says in the title! I know about it, we all KNOW about IT. If we wanted to sign up for it we would. I dont need a pop up all the time in the middle of my screen to keep reminding me about it. Windows Firewall rules
Just a quick question. I use a PUBLIC profile on my windows PC. No sharing, no remote. I notice that the EA App/EA services, but NOT games give themselves access to ALL profiles, (Domain, Private, and Public) I actually have for years checked the box to block ALL incoming Domain and Private connections as a security measure. The EA game launcher fails to load on my new Ubuntu 26.04 linux running steam. All of my other steam games run just fine under Steam's Proton emulator, but the EA launcher games choke. Why do we need TWO (2) DRM checker systems. Steam already verifies that I bought the game? The EXTRA COMPLEXITY of adding the EA launcher just causes more things to break. Charged Three Times, Refunded Twice, Still No Pack — EA What Is Going On?
I have been playing The Sims for 11 years. Started with Sims 3 and now consistently a Sims 4 player. I hadn't bought a pack in a while, so I decided to treat myself. Welp, I just treated myself to an overdraft account. They charged me 3 times. I had to dispute 2 of the 3 charges, and it was a whole process. This was like 3 weeks ago. Today I go to play and no longer have access to the pack. The kicker is that they only reimbursed me twice. So I should still have access to the expansion pack. I go to live chat, it takes forever just to have an advisor connect. Then I have to wait for each individual response. The whole time the advisor wasn't clear with what they needed from me, so it took double the amount of time to actually get somewhere with the conversation. Then they just wanted to give me another refund. I don't want a refund I just want the pack. I explain this, and the advisor says they will look into in for me at 11:56pm and at 12:53am I am still just getting "Thank you please stay connected." and like 3 other variations of that message. I finally ask "are you getting anywhere over there" and get left on read for 7 minutes and get transferred to someone new because they're having "technical issues". This advisor did their absloute best but they still wouldn't give me my pack or money back. Therefore I will have no other choice but to recontact my bank. Has anyone else expericed something like this. If you have what did you do? Connection Failed...
I'm trying to play Battlefront 2 but it wont connect to the EA servers... When I checked the EA app it says and I quote "We couldn't connect you to other players. If the problem persists, try restarting the app." Ive restarted the app, deleted and reinstalled it, did troubleshoot on my internet and on the app and even contacted EA support and everything was futile WORTHLESS. Ive been here for hours trying to connect and there's nothing solving this issue. Just to be clear I have a 990 mb/s internet speed (1 Gig/s) should be WAY MORE than enough to connect to the EA servers also, I downloaded a game and opened it but of course I couldn't even connect to the servers meaning I couldn't play online which makes absolutely no sense, I asked the support guy if I was shadow banned he said that there's no records of me being banned in any way and then said I had to wait for the concern team to solve the issue.SolvedKIMJONGUMX1 year agoSeasoned Newcomer403Views3likes2Comments

Již dlouhá léta používám tuhle aplikaci ze začátku jsem ji hodně nedůvěřoval ale ok . Smířil jsem se i s tím že to nemá českou "lokalizaci A teď k mému problému Když se chci přžihlásit mám s tím docela obrovský problém . Zadam E- mail Zadám HESLO ALE chce to po mě "ověřovací kód PROČ ::: Může mi tohle někdo vysvětlit logicky ?? a když se vám to nelibí resetujte si heslo . Když tohle všechno podstoupím tenhle "zbytečný kolotoč ??TAk jeto zase znovu a znovu protože EA aplikaci nemám nikdy nainstalovanou v pc , protože tak často UŽ nehraju ,,,,😞 a proč ?? No protože MUSÍM HOLT podstupovat tenhle "mě zbytečný kolotoč "který mě ale přestává bavit ,..CHAPAL bych situaci kdybych ztratil heslo nebo něco podobného ale HESLO jsem nikomu neřekl a mám ho pořád stejné .. NIKDY jsem se tak nerozčiloval jako u tohodle , chápu že potřebujete mít kontrolu nad tím kdo se do aplikace přřihlašuje a kdo ji vlastní ale tohle už je i NA MĚ docela silné kafe. P.S.
