The sims 4
Everytime i redownload the sims 4, i leave out a few packs that i dont need cause the game takes up so much spave that i cant play otherwise. So i download the game with the packs i want. start the game. Then i see that every other pack i did not choose starts to download. How can i avoid that happening? Cause i cant play the game with all packs. cause the game takes up too much space with the packs. I have tried several times and the same thing happens. Literally havent been able to play the game in more than a year.EA APP
Hi, Ever since the Sims changed from Origin to the EA App, those of us who play Sims have been experiencing issues: the EA APP crashes, and it crashes the game; somehow MS One Drive got into the EA folder and was causing my whole system to shut down. Now the EA APP still crashes, but it opens up multiple times. Maybe an App was the wrong choice for Sims games. I think running the game in Origin was better and we should go back to playing in Origin Penny
Ea app/client - when native windows 11 ARM support?
Just installed the EA app/client on my snapdragon x plus laptop, and task manager says It's running under x64, not ARM64, which hurts performance when navigating the launcher and installing games. When will the EA app get native windows 11 ARM support?Can’t add phone number to my EA account – “Something went wrong” error
When I try to add a phone number to my EA account, I get the following error message: Something went wrong. Try again later. I’ve already contacted EA support, but they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ve tried adding different phone numbers – none of them work. On my other EA account, adding a phone number works without any problems. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?
sims medieval
I got sims medieval years ago when it was on origin. the game is greyed out on the ea app (I think that version is now only usable on Microsoft and I have a Mac). So anyways I was browsing the pc games on ea and it came up as available to buy so I paid like £10 but a new version hasn't appeared and the old version is still greyed out? I have been searching for a way to contact EA but have had no luck.
Games removed from my EA account?
I just logged into the EA app and it says a bunch of stuff was removed, one of which was Mass effect Andromeda which I purchased at launch off green man gaming, the game is gone, the store wants me to rebuy it... what in the is going on here? this is absolute madness.How to put CD Rom games onto new EA account
I have an old account which was deleted and is the account I used to install all of my CD Rom Sims 3 games onto but EA accidentally deleted the account while trying to delete a different account so I had to make a 3rd account so I can re-install all of my disc games. I was wondering if since my games were verified and linked on a different account if this will even be possible? Also, how do I install the games onto the EA app? I have them installed on my PC buy I see no "install games" option. I redeemed one of the game codes on the app but it's still not showing up. Why is dealing with anything related to EA always such a nightmare???EA app = neglected app.
I don't normally post on forum but after visiting the website and seeing all the complaints, I have to say something. First of all, trying to log into the app is a nightmare, it took almost an hour to do it and multiple attempts to reset the password before I could log in. Next is the time when I tried to reinstall a game. Last year, I installed the same game into an external drive, after trying to install again today (but this time to my local drive), it's stuck. I changed all my settings to install it to the local drive, did a cold boot multiple times, but for some reason the installation says to check the installation path, no way to change it whatsoever, I had to find my old external drive to install it again. WHO THE F is programming this app? This is basic stuff we are talking about.Sims 3 redeem not showing up in EA app
I purchased the Sims 3 using CDKeys and redeemed it in the EA app, which worked and valid, but isn't showing up in the EA app library to download. It says in EA Help that I own the game, so the code isn't the issue, its the EA app itself. It's saying on the EA app to purchase the Sims 3 for '£29.99', but on EAHelp on my games that I own the game. I've cleared cache, reinstalled EA app, but nothing has worked to fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated :)
Sims 4 not redownloading in EA app
Hi everyone! I have been dealing with this for over a month now :( Sims 4 first wouldn't load in the EA app so I cleared cache and uninstalled the app, but now it won't install. It says its 'installing' but nothing is happening and I don't know what to do. This screen never changes. I have attached a screenshot of what the download manager in my app has looked like for the past month whenever i try to redownload the sims 4 :( I hope someone can help!! I would be very grateful! (note - I have deleted and reinstalled EA, tried steam, origin and epic games launcher, none of which have worked. I managed to download the game on steam, but it would only work if the game was downloaded on EA too...)
Disable EA Overlay through Config File or Windows Registry
I have added an EA Game to Steam as a Non-Steam-Game to play it with the Steam Overlay but I noticed that some games freeze on start when both the EA and Steam Overlay are active. Example for one game: STAR WARS Galaxy of Heroes. I can manually disable the EA Overlay through the app but this option is a global setting and not an individual game setting like it was in Origin. Is it possible that I can disable the EA Overlay through a certain config file or a certain entry in the Windows Registry(if available)? In that case I would run a batch script that disables the EA Overlay through that file or registry entry when I run an EA Game from Steam as a Non-Steam Game to avoid issues with the EA Overlay and reactivate it once the Non-Steam-Game is closed. If someone could help me with this, it would be much appreciated.Unable to purchase "as a gift" packs
I finally got my boyfriend into Sims so I wanted to buy him a few packs. We both play on Mac so I used the EA app and EA website searching for some way to gift him packs. I own every pack and I don't have any options for gifting. Someone please make this make sense. I included a picture of what I see from my end. I have been playing for years and clearly remember where the option used to be. Its just not anymore.Money charged, get nothing
Hey, I bought a game Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Deluxe Edition inside the EA app, money charged but get nothing, and get status "Your payment failed. Make sure your payment method isn't expired and your info is entered correctly.". I've tried do the same on the site and it worked. But I didn't receive money back for failed transaction. How can I get my money back?payment options
We Egyptian gamers really appreciate your offers on Egypt's store , I even want to purchase on summer sale about 3 games from your store but there's a bit problem , we can't buy anything from international stores or subscribe in any service without credit card duo to some economic problems . It's rare to find someone has a credit card and if you made someone puy you a game , you ban the account. and we can't even purchase games with any debit card or virtual wallets the only way to purchase a game is having a credit card or go to someone online to buy it to you (it might be a scam and I know many happened this to them ) many gamers like me want to buy from your stores but we can't because of this so please make a local payment option .
