Childerns Account - Can't add as friend - "Couldn't send request'
Can anyone help me please! My 10 year old is on his xbox with xbox live we bought him F1 25 with the idea of myself playing with him on my pc. He's playing it offline and online and I've tried to import him as a friend through me EA app and I get '' Couldn't send request '' I thought I would log into his account put his email in and then his password and I get '' Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.'' I reset his password and I get them same again I don't understand what's going off what am I missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction please? We bought the game to race against each other and to make a team together seems a waste of money now! We both had F1 24 on my game pass and thought we couldn't play 24 because of that both using my xbox game pass. So that's why I bought the game through his own xbox account thinking that would work but no! Any help please?Account Shows "Does Not Exist"

I can’t access it through the EA App, the official EA website, or any other EA platform—every attempt to log in or recover the password results in the same frustrating error message. This account is linked to my Steam account. When I tried to launch Apex Legends via Steam today, it showed that my EA account (the original one) is banned. This is confusing because I can’t even log into the EA platform to check the ban reason, appeal, or verify any details—since the account is "non-existent" on EA’s end. I have important in-game purchases and top-ups on this original account: I’ve made multiple in-game purchases for Apex Legends over time. All my game progress, skins, and top-up records are tied to this account, which I’ve been using for a long time, and losing access to it means losing everything I’ve invested. EA App vs Steam Big Picture
When I launch EA Sports FC 26 from Steam, the EA App takes over and often fails to launch for some reason. I switch back to Steam and try again then EA Sports FC loads in the background and I have to minimize Steam to then select the app, or worse, the app takes visual focus but not input so my controller inputs are being sent to steam still - which generally results in me shutting down the machine accidentally. Please tell me there's a better way to do things with this app. I've read that having it load on start-up can help but then it loads its UI and doesn't allow to be minimised on launch. It's a horrible experience.
Would I get help build of my essay to allow me to get a full refund?
I feel lack of substance to get what I need to say in volume to be listened to. I want to break the barrier of time limited refunds to get what I can back into my control. Yesterday I watched the live stream on Twitch for about an hour and a half to get the rewards from the packs, but when I go to collect them, this appears and it doesn't go into the game. I recieved a visa gift card over the holidays and am unsure of whether or not it can be used to purchase content from the EA app (specifically sims 4 add-ons). If anyone knows if/how it can be done, help would be very much appreciated. For additional context, I do not know the name and/or address it was purchased under.
EA app whistlist and chart problems
I added some games to my wishlist. However, my list disappears whenever I close the app. When I first open the app, all the games I added to my wishlist appear initially, but they disappear within a few seconds. I am using mac. Also cant add some games to my chart.

Hello.I have ea app version 13.616.I have a portable tool that find the latest updates for my programs and find the latest update for ea : version 13.621.But is not update automatically as before .This is also happens with ubisoft app.What it happens?For other programs the latest updates are founded like nvidia app find the latest drivers (but should install manually) ,why ea app and ubisoft stop to update automatically when start them?Also i remember that was a chat option in EA site.Where is it?I can not find itI can't unlink my Steam account form some random EA account I don't know.
Hello, the story goes like this. When I try to play the game Battlefront two I bought recently, I'm met with the message that my Steam account is connected to a random EA account I don't recognize, . I have never used any account that does not end with the part. EA support is useless. I have tried to explain the situation, and they tell me I have to prove the ownership of the account I have no knowledge about, and I don't know the security questions of said account because it does not belong to me. This situation is absurd. Did anyone else run into the same issue and have any solutions for it? Am I permanently locked from playing any other EA game?
Install games from disc
Hello There, I found my old games on disc. (Like: Need for Speed - Run, FIFA 15, FIFA 19... etc) I try install from disc and i get error message: Can't found origin, please install origin first. Origin officially shoutdown on 25/04/2025. Any advice how install games from disc? I got all games in EA app, but i will play original release of the game for fun. Most games unsupported right now. Hello, I recently purchased Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II through the Xbox app. However, when I open the EA app and check my library, neither game appears. In the Xbox app, the only option shown is the Ultimate Edition for each game, but I am not able to download them. Instead, I’m prompted to either purchase the Ultimate Edition again or subscribe to EA Play/Ultimate Pass, despite already owning the base games. I have confirmed multiple times that my Xbox and EA accounts are correctly linked and that I am signed into the same account on both apps. At this point, I’m unsure how to access the games I already purchased. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
Region problem during payment
I'm trying to subscribe to the annual ea play pro plan so I proceed and put all the correct card info and that I don't want the card to be saved, I tried 3 cards The first card was a uae issued international Mastercard and I put the region as uae and it proceeded to pay then got hit with the "wrong region" message, I readded the same card but with the region set to Egypt as if it'll fix the issue and still nothing happened and the transaction is halted by the same error Then I tried paying with 2 Egyptian local visa cards and put all the correct info and region is set to Egypt so it's local and still the same message halts the transaction. I changed my account's region from uae bcs it was the country I set my account in to Egypt where I'm living rn and still also nothing changed when I tried all 3 cards, it's becoming frustrating tbh and I hope anyone from the ea support team gives me an actual guide on how to fix this Thanks in advanceMy EA wont open at all
Everytime I try to open ea or try to install a game off an app that requires ea to download my ea opens on a blue screen, I get the blue mouse wheel cursor and my app closes. I can't open it at all it's been like this for about a month and I deleted and reinstalled it didn't work.
