Game removed from library, EA not willing to restore it
I've had Spore in my library since almost the day of the release years ago. I purchased the physical edition and redeemed the codes in the back of the manual. Today, years later, I wanted to replay it, but to my surprise the game is gone from my library. Searching it everywhere I ended up in the EA store, which to my greater surprise again, it says that I still own the DLCs, but not the base game. Contacted support via chat, and told me that since the game was purchased in the physical edition they cannot do anything and the only thing I can do is to ask for a replacement on the original store (sounds like a joke honestly, is not the store fault and Spore is not sold anymore and I purchased it 16 years ago) or to buy it again from the EA store. I know is cheap but please this feels like a scam, is there anything else I can do?
Activating Fifa 12 and older EA games
Hello, I am having activation issues with older EA games that I legally own on CD with valid serial numbers. These games were originally registered through Origin and now appear in my EA app library. I can download and install them, but when I launch them, an old EA activation window appears and says my computer is offline and needs an Internet connection, even though I am online. One example is FIFA 12 for PC, but the same issue is happening with other older EA games on my account. I have already tried repair, administrator mode, compatibility mode, and checking firewall/antivirus settings, but nothing worked. Please check whether these games can still be activated through the EA app and whether my licenses are correctly linked to my EA account. Thank you.
Can't log in to EA APP with Origin account
When I try to log into the EA App using the same login as I used for EA Browser, my account does not exist on the EA APP and recovery is not working in the browser. I've had Origin since 2013 and I had a multitude of Sims 3 games and a few Sims 4 games on there. I had the urge to log in and play a bit, but as per title, my Origin login credentials are not working for the EA app, but they work for the browser. I have tried over and over again to recover the account by using the EA ID, Steam account Link, email, etc, with no luck. It says something like "EA ID does not exist" when i try or "please put real steam id" etc. I have tried too many times, and now it's not letting me use anything at all to attempt to log in. I would like to know how to fix this, thank you.
EA app doesn't launch
Downloaded Titanfall 2 Today after a long time and tried to boot the game but the game did not start so i tried to Open EA application to launch the game but the EA application itself does not start. The application does not launch at all i tried contacting help and did all the tweaks they told me to do like uninstalling and reinstalling updating c++ etc. tried the clean boot method and everything but still the app did not open. The only time the app showed some signs of life was when i turned my wifi off the app gave a network error thats it. But once i was back online the app still does not open.Origin to EA App Sims 4 question
Hi all! I have not yet transitioned to the new EA app because my very old computer’s OS is not compatible (even after updating). I had a Mac but am considering buying a PC this time around for gaming. Will my games still transfer? I understand the files won’t but I’m okay with starting from scratch if I can do it on a newer computer. TIA!Changing my email
I realized recently that i had used my old school email when i made this account years ago on xbox and now that i'm trying to change it i can't access the verification code to verify the email. I still have access to the account and can play due to it being linked to my xbox account which means i can log in on pc and play but i still cant change the email. When i try to contact EA support i either get hit with a bot that doesn't have a solution to this or with the page saying that this issue is not supported by advisors even when i listed it as an account update issue. I'm at a dead-end and don't know what to do.How to set up mulitple PCs without Ban?
I'm a youth worker in charge of gaming. I tried setting up accounts for the 4 PCs we have, as we are buying FC26. Each on their own seperate email. all 4 got banned a day after creating the accounts, im guessing cause they thought we were bots or something because of how close togthether i made them. when i appealed it they said "After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures" despite me explaining we're setting up a youth centre's gaming space. help!! my boss will be mad if he's just bought 4 copies of FC we cant even use. i dont know what im gonna do, any advice appriciated. How can I make the accounts again? or speak to a human as the support site is useless and just gives me the same questions over and over.

Suggested Fix: • Restore functionality to the "Open on startup" toggle to reliably enable or disable automatic launch behavior. • Ensure the setting respects Windows Startup API standards, registering or deregistering a startup entry in the appropriate registry path or shell startup folder. • Remove any undocumented or override mechanisms that re-enable startup behavior without explicit user authorization. I offer this suggestion based on the observation that mermaid children have nothing to identify them as children of the sea, aside from their mermaid trait at birth. Perhaps they could have the ability to talk to dolphins and manipulate water bubbles, or have scales appear on their legs when they enter the water in Creator Sims, so they know they are mermaids. Additionally, children of wizards could perform soft magic, such as changing the color of teddy bears, making objects float temporarily, or using a repair spell like adults. Fairy children are another group that needs some attention. They may not have wings, but they could have the ability to bless plants, temporarily create colorful butterflies, and have an animation in Creator Sims where, when they stretch, the silhouette of their future wings appears. Sim children can help care for their younger siblings by carrying them (babies and toddlers), helping them with flashcards to teach them to speak, or reading them bedtime stories. They can also set up a toy kitchen so they can learn to prepare basic meals when they're hungry (sandwiches, spinach and egg rolls, pancakes, cookies) and thus not rely so much on adults. Childerns Account - Can't add as friend - "Couldn't send request'
Can anyone help me please! My 10 year old is on his xbox with xbox live we bought him F1 25 with the idea of myself playing with him on my pc. He's playing it offline and online and I've tried to import him as a friend through me EA app and I get '' Couldn't send request '' I thought I would log into his account put his email in and then his password and I get '' Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.'' I reset his password and I get them same again I don't understand what's going off what am I missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction please? We bought the game to race against each other and to make a team together seems a waste of money now! We both had F1 24 on my game pass and thought we couldn't play 24 because of that both using my xbox game pass. So that's why I bought the game through his own xbox account thinking that would work but no! Any help please?Account Shows "Does Not Exist"

I can’t access it through the EA App, the official EA website, or any other EA platform—every attempt to log in or recover the password results in the same frustrating error message. This account is linked to my Steam account. When I tried to launch Apex Legends via Steam today, it showed that my EA account (the original one) is banned. This is confusing because I can’t even log into the EA platform to check the ban reason, appeal, or verify any details—since the account is "non-existent" on EA’s end. I have important in-game purchases and top-ups on this original account: I’ve made multiple in-game purchases for Apex Legends over time. All my game progress, skins, and top-up records are tied to this account, which I’ve been using for a long time, and losing access to it means losing everything I’ve invested. I had to register this new EA account just to post this求助 and communicate with support, because my original account is completely inaccessible. I’m really confused and frustrated—how can an account be banned on Steam but show "does not exist" on EA’s own platforms? How to get refund -
Ordered the wrong version of EA Play (on PC) - For some reason that doesnt work? So, i have cancelled the subscription. I have since purchased the correct version of EA Play for PlayStation. How do I go about getting a refund? So far, no luck even finding a place to open a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
