Unable to pay
Since February I have been unable to pay for items in store. ”We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later”. I have contacted EA multiple times with this, however each time there’s no resolution. obviously I have tried all other payment options, banks, cards etc. Anyone else have this problem?
Not being able to buy dcl ???
I am so beyond frustrated. Every time I try to buy any sort of dcl my game crashes and says it couldn't connect to servers. It recommends to restart, but before I can even think of doing anything the game is back online. Is there anyone else experiencing this issue or just me ?? I have tried clearing cache and restarting but nothing seems to work. Please help... 🤔
A Way Out shows as Standard Edition but launches Friend Pass version
Hello, I own the Standard Edition of A Way Out and it appears correctly in my EA library as a purchased game. However, when I try to download and launch it, the game only opens as the Friend Pass version instead of the Standard Edition. I have attached a screenshot showing that the Standard Edition is listed in my library. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Request for Ukrainian localization in EA App / Customer Feedback

Currently, competitive platforms like Steam fully support the Ukrainian interface and currency, which makes them much more accessible and user-friendly.Unfortunately, the lack of Ukrainian localization in the EA App forces me to stop buying games on your platform. I prefer to support developers who respect and support my regional community.Please consider adding Ukrainian language support to the EA App in future updates. I want to transfer my games to my backup account
So because EA used to sell its games only in Origin, I had to buy them there (Battlefield, NFS, Crysis, Dead Space series). But when they returned to Steam, I bought them again in Steam. So my question is: can EA transfer my selected games from my main EA account to my backup account, so I could finally link my Steam account to EA's so my games from Steam won't dissolve in EA App account?My account was hacked and i got banned
So I recently discovered my ea account had been hacked and that they changed the email linked to it when i tried playing titanfall 2 through steam. I was able to recover my account through the ea support but i was told by support that i had been banned in apex. I was told i could just appeal it with the tos team and it should be fixed. I have appealed it almost 6 teams now and its been 3 weeks since my first appeal and i keep getting denied without any explanation. I cant even try to talk to them since they have no way to contact the tos team and if you contact the support team they tell you to send an appeal so you just end up in a never ending loop. I did some research and this has been an issues across many users and just shows that ea doesn't take their customer security seriously. Scrolling through this forums you will find hundreds of messages just like mine as well as through any other forums or social medias.EA Account Was Hacked And I Lost Everything
On 3 different occasions with 3 different operators Ive tried to regain access to my hacked ea account. The hacker changed the email address and apparently that makes it impossible to recover it back. My phone number, steam account, and address are all linked to that account and yet I've got told on 3 different occasions that there's nothing they can do because I didn't provide verification of ownership when I could literally show them my ID, provide them my phone number code, or even a steam code if they needed. It's so unfair that the only way to recover an account is to have access to the email of said account if you can't provide answers to the original email used to the create the account 8+ years ago your account is just lost forever with your information still attached. At the very least I requested my steam profile, phone number, and address to be removed from the account and was told there was nothing they could do. I'm at a lost for words. I can't play apex legends because my steam was linked to that account and I have lost my sims 3 which I recently purchased and sims 4 Ive had since 2020-2022. I'm about to start crying. I have proof of them sending codes to my email when trying to get into my account before they accessed it and changed the email address.
