Sims 4 pack purchased on accident- could I get a return?
I accidentally purchased the Sims 4 Enchanted pack, but did not intend to. I have not downloaded it or played it and would like a refund, but I am being told through chat to come here to discuss the issue as they cannot get me to a supervisor for help. Any thoughts? Refund Request Issue
I recently purchased NFS Unbound from EA app through my Visa card. But this doesn't seem worthy of my purchase and I wanted to request a refund. I've checked the rules and it said refund request is elligible for first 24 hour after launching the game for the first time. However, as I tried to request a refund, the page said there's no game elligible for refund whereas I clearly meet the criteria for the refund. I have attached the screenshot of the game and the refund request page down here. I'd be very glad and thankful if you can help me solving this issue. Thanks. help with reassigning email for my account
hello, i hope im putting this in the correct topic but basically the account im posting this on right now i can only sign in because its saved onto my google by default. Now my issue occurs with the email i used to create my account in 2017. This was back when i didnt need two factor authentication so the only way i can recover that account and sign in is essentially guessing what the password could be. Obviously now i cant change anything at all to do with my EA account including the name, email attached, and password. Parts of the issue is also that 1. when EA shows ur email it only gives the first and last letter (eg: m******e@g****m) so that doesnt even make me confident i know the email correctly and 2. i cant prove that i own said email apart from it being my legal name and used on some of my accounts. i know this is really badly explained and a poorly phrased question so im glad to give any other information to anyone who can help thank you 🙏 :)Solved39Views0likes1CommentAutomatically signed up for email notifications
As the title says, was automatically signed up for email notifications without EA asking me to sign-up for these emails. This is a breach of GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive and should not be happening. Could an EA member please confirm that this problem has been noticed and what action/actions they will be taking to rectify this. I own several EA games, but right now I only have three installed, F1 24, F1 25 and GRID Legends. I have F1 24 and GRID Legends on D:\Games and I would like to move them to C:\Program Files\EA Games without losing custom settings and progress. Is that possible, and how can I move them? I don't see any obvious method in the EA app, even when I click the Manage button in each. Hi everyone, Back to gaming after fairly busy time (two or three years). I've still been following the advances in gaming at least a little bit; technology is progressing rapidly in all sectors. Today, we can even launch a rocket into space and have it land in the same spot several hours later... And you can even find the SpaceX code on GitHub in collaborative mode... So I'm returning to gaming without any fear, as I didn't even ask myself if it would be a little bite complicated to install a poor application launcher (we're talking about the launcher and... not even the game itself). Naive as I am, once again, EA Games is plunging us into the Stone Age, where we still have to perform 10,000 perilous manipulations before even succeeding to install on linux a poor application launcher... in 2025? Double/Triple Charging
Okay, so I was double maybe even triple charged and now I am in the negatives because of this. I'm confused as to why this is even happening and feel uncomfortable making more purchases if this persists especially. Friends List shows only 99 friends (Bug) ?
im experiencing an issue where my friends list only shows 99 friends even though i have more than 100 friends on my account. i tried refreshing logging out reinstalling the EA app and even checked from another account but it still shows only 99 friends it seems like this is a bug with the EA App itself not just my account is anyone else facing the same issue with the friends list showing only 99 friends please look into this and let us know if there’s a fix or if a future update will solve it ThanksSolved124Views3likes3Comments

Guys, Is anyone currently running CORSAIR iCUE v5.27.149 without any issues with the EA Javalin anticheat? I would like to install this to change settings on my RGB layout but was informed that Winring0 can be exploited and I'm not sure if iCue comes with that driver, or if iCue itself will cause a false positive with the anti-cheat client. EA advertises its products as available for offline play. But the EA launcher app requires an internet connection to authenticate before it will launch games. So fully offline play is strictly impossible. How is EA allowed to fraudulently promote their products in this way? Dear EA Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to kindly request assistance regarding my EA account (registered to [edit: email address removed]). Previously, it was linked to a Steam account that I no longer have access to or no longer wish to use. I have already unlinked my Steam account via my EA Account settings, but I have learned that EA accounts can be linked to only one Steam account in their lifetime. Given my current situation, I would like to ask if it would be possible to reset the Steam linkage for my EA account, allowing me to connect it to my new Steam account. I understand that according to EA policy this is generally not allowed, but I would sincerely appreciate any support, advice, or possible exception in my case.
