DO NOT USE EA
EA has given me the biggest headache by far out of all of my PC headaches. Tell me how you are going to charge double (70-80$) for a game (most games are reasonable being around 40$) on steam THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK. I’ve gone and messed up all of me pcs settings trying to get it to work just for me ea app to crash 5 seconds after start up. The first solution is to clear your cache from the ea home page… IT WONT EVEN LET ME SIGN IN! WTF DO YOU MEAN! I’ve legit had it and have begun crashing out so I urge anyone prone to crashing out to STAY AWAY FROM EA! Worst devs I’ve ever seen by far. DO BETTER!!!Solved23Views0likes2Comments
Great games guarantee refund
Hello, I would please like a refund for The Sims 4 Love struck add-on. It's not been 24 hours and it doesn't seem to appear on my orders as refundable - but I just assumed it was part of the great games guarantee, I didn't realise some games are not ?? Does that mean you can't guarantee that all games are great?? Sounds dodgy... I also can't find a customer service chat button anywhere. EA App refund
Hey everyone, i bought the sims medieval game for Mac (triple checked this) , but when i went to the EA App it says it only works on windows and doesn’t let me download it. I have a macbook air m2 so i thought it wouldn’t have any problem running. But apparently it doesn’t. The problem now is I went to the refund tool page because if the game is unplayable there is no reason for me to leave it as is— but when I reach the point of selecting the refund method it gets stuck and doesn’t go any further. I tried restarting my pc, sign out and in again, changing the reason for the refund but nothing works. Also i cannot reach ea through emails to request said refund so… what can I do? Make your whole network usable
How on earth you made an online forum that is worse than free ones using phpbb? why on earth you dont have dark mode on the forum? (because everyone likes getting flashbanged every time reading in the night) why on earth your ea app have to enter a weird-ahh, bug every five minutes? if you are obligating people to use your products, buy your games, then maybe, just maybe, show some care about them? Order processing take too long ,, payment already purchased

Sims 4 pack purchased on accident- could I get a return?
I accidentally purchased the Sims 4 Enchanted pack, but did not intend to. I have not downloaded it or played it and would like a refund, but I am being told through chat to come here to discuss the issue as they cannot get me to a supervisor for help. Any thoughts? Refund Request Issue
I recently purchased NFS Unbound from EA app through my Visa card. But this doesn't seem worthy of my purchase and I wanted to request a refund. I've checked the rules and it said refund request is elligible for first 24 hour after launching the game for the first time. However, as I tried to request a refund, the page said there's no game elligible for refund whereas I clearly meet the criteria for the refund. I have attached the screenshot of the game and the refund request page down here. I'd be very glad and thankful if you can help me solving this issue. Thanks. help with reassigning email for my account
hello, i hope im putting this in the correct topic but basically the account im posting this on right now i can only sign in because its saved onto my google by default. Now my issue occurs with the email i used to create my account in 2017. This was back when i didnt need two factor authentication so the only way i can recover that account and sign in is essentially guessing what the password could be. Obviously now i cant change anything at all to do with my EA account including the name, email attached, and password. Parts of the issue is also that 1. when EA shows ur email it only gives the first and last letter (eg: m******e@g****m) so that doesnt even make me confident i know the email correctly and 2. i cant prove that i own said email apart from it being my legal name and used on some of my accounts. i know this is really badly explained and a poorly phrased question so im glad to give any other information to anyone who can help thank you 🙏 :)Solved42Views0likes1Comment
